moronic - truly moronic. The fonts looks utterly like a computer did this, but in 2001. Not remotely like handwriting - clearly a font. and ugly. Not for me - truly.

What an awesome tool!
What an awesome tool! We are not professional typography designers, but we wanted to try our hand at turning my wife's handwriting into a typeface to use with some of our company materials. It was ridiculously easy. You have to make some tweaks, but this was a thousand times faster than painstakingly recreating handwritten letters in illustrator, for example.

I hope someone somewhere sees this and knows how genuinely I mean this...that this app rocks. Making someone's handwriting a font was so easy, intuitive and I absolutely love it. Thank you Calligraphr.

Incorrect guiding lines
If you just want to make your hand writing to a font it works. But if you want to create a precise font you will have troubles. The guiding lines are not correct. The guiding letters which should help you for the positioning are not correct in size and in position. But a few of them are correct. This bug means you have to workaround a lot. As professional designer I would not recommend using this app for creating font you want to use in commercial products. I paid for one month and got no support when I contacted the company about this bug. EDIT: The developer/support never reacted to my bug report. My subscription ended without solving!

Great font designer
Great site! The only website I found online where you can make your font from your handwriting. The only problem is it limits you to 75 characters, which is a lot for English users since they only have 26x2, but the Hungarian alphabet features 35x2, which only makes space for 5 additional characters.
