Told them I didn’t need a new bag but I wanted advice on how to fix this and just wanted to let them know what happened so soon after getting it. I didn’t get a response at all. Really bad customer service, not helpful at all. Wouldn’t recommend.
I ordered a bag in September and it hasn't arrived, it's been nearly a year so of course it won't come at all now. Messaged them on their chat box in their website, emailed and also instagram but no replies, yet they continue to post instagram stories and posts.
