NEVER AGAIN

It’s very disappointing at this point with this company. Wish I had seen these reviews before. I purchased a few pair a couple of year ago and I didn’t have anything bad to say about them till now May 2024! I order in the end of April, I never got an email about my order . It’s May 15th and I have sent out multiple emails and messages directly from their page to have someone reach out and there not even 1!!!! Oh and they were quick on withdrawing my amount, they for sure didn’t miss that! I will contact my bank and see what I can do because this to me is a fraud. I request a refund and I will NEVER EVER buy from this company again! ✌️

I ordered November 2023 for Christmas…

I ordered November 2023 for Christmas gift but until now no email, no text what the hell happened.
I ordered long time but I received it less than 3 weeks. But this time they’re really don’t care of the customer. They just get money and that’s it. Scam.

Same experience as everyone else

Same experience as everyone else. Ordered beginning of July, nothing. Every link is broken and takes me to an error page. Wish I could get a refund, but can’t get a hold of any person to ask about it. I had ordered from them before successfully. Not this time.

We are still waiting for them to email us back, they never return our emails we need a replacement for our daughters glasses and still never heard anything from
Them! We are so frustrated because they keep ignoring us! Calmoptics we need our money back!

Good luck getting a response from ANYONE

Customer service has been so bad. Unfortunately I even had to go through the BBB and still no response. I purchased lifetime warranty on both my daughters glasses and it was approved and they never sent them. I have tried time and time again since last year to get this resolved and nobody will respond. I even let customer service know that my daughter has an autoimmune disorder that effects her eyes which causes a major blue light sensitivity so she suffers from migraines without them and nobody cares enough to respond. It’s honestly really sad because I have referred so many people to you guys. My sister is an influencer on instagram and even posted a picture of my daughter and tagged you guys a couple years ago. And I can’t even get a response. Very disappointing.

This is the worst company ever

3/23/22 UPDATE
since the response to my comment below, I tried contacting them like the post states, but of course there is no response. I've also emailed the company directly again since it sounded like they wanted to help, but nothing.
I finally received the pair of glasses that I PAID for because they started ghosting me after their last email "we will ship you out a new pair of glasses to you". That never happened, and they stopped sending me emails and responding to me too.
Don't buy glasses through CalmOptics because it will only leave you disappointed.
And just incase they decide to delete their response, this is what the response was from CalmOptics to my original review:

This is the worst company ever. I ordered bluelight glasses in 2020 and tried cancelling and they didn’t accept the cancellation so I ended up having to keep them. Fast forward to now, I put prescription lens in them and the frames broke because the ear piece fell off the glasses. I’ve tried to reach out and they told me they’d ship me a frame but they have never contacted or emailed me after that one email. I have contacted them again, and no response. I’m so upset and even more upset that I had to pay for another frame because my son has prescription lens that only fit in those frames. I will never share this company with others and will make sure people do not purchase from them. It’s one of the worst experiences I have had as a customer for any online platform and they just continue to fail me.

Horrible company and customer service

Please read the reviews and do NOT order from CalmOptics. This isn't a review for their product, but rather, their shady after purchase practices.

First, like the other reviewers, my order was significantly delayed: I placed an order Sep '20 and a month later, after asking to cancel my order early Oct, my order was shipped anyways (neglecting my request) in mid Oct.

I marked the package as return to sender to which CalmOptics has now ghosted me after 26 ... yes 26 ... emails with Ralyn on their customer support team.

Still no refund and it's now 4 months since I placed the original order.

Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this terrible company. They're taking advantage of CV19 circumstances.

Oh btw - please google whether blue light glasses actually are necessary. Lots of articles out there saying you don't need them.

This company is real scam I place my…

This company is real scam I place my ordered on January 5 but till now never received any email confirmation nor product, I check my credit card and see that they collect already the money. I try to email calmoptic multiple times but no response. I am looking forward to make a complaint to this company if I don't get refund for my money.

Avoid this Company - Unethical

I placed my order with CalmOptics on 11/26/2020. I didn’t receive my products until 12/18/2020. In addition to this, the products are subpar, the glasses for my daughter do not have the same treated lens as the other glasses I purchased. Her glasses fog up, the other two glasses do not. Also, my daughters glasses are more flimsy than my sons; and there was no case provided for her glasses. My daughter’s glasses came with fingerprints on them, which is disgusting, especially seeing that extra sanitary measures should be taken during a pandemic. I have emailed CalmOptics multiple times with my complaint and request for a full refund. They keep replying vaguely, and not acknowledging my request. I do not trust this company or their products. Their return policy is in conflict with how they ship their products. Their customer service purposely gives me the runaround, as they have with others. This company is a scam. I want a full refund, and I want a free shipping label to return their products...but they won’t even acknowledge my refund request! I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, Bureau of Consumer Protection - Federal Trade Commission, and my State Attorney General’s Office. I’m also going to look into starting a Class Action lawsuit. This Company knows that most of us, including our children are on computers, tablets, and cell phones a lot during the pandemic...and to take advantage of people trying to do right during these unprecedented times, is absolutely abhorrent and unacceptable!

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. I wonder where I can report my experience with an agency? I bought 10 pairs back in August, received 3 pairs in late November. On top of that I had to pay duties for 10 pairs because the packing slip said 10 pairs and I am in Canada. Emailed them, they told me to fill in a form for refund. I submitted on Dec 3 and still haven't heard back (today is Dec 24). What a scam!

Scam scam scam! Save your money

DO NOT buy from this company. Its total fraud scam bulls****. Emailed them many times to ask about my order but no reply instead they keep sending offers via email even txt msgs. So annoying. Deletes bad reviews no wonder their website has all good reviews! Disgusting

Good Morning

Good Morning, I made an order that took too long to arrive. I finally cancelled on Sep 12th, a week later I got an email saying that my order was shipped, when I contacted your support team they said (Taylor) to refuse the delivery from USPS, its been almost 2 months since then and I still haven't received my refund of $49.95

Yep, believe the reviews here...

Wish I would’ve seen this site before I ordered. Took forever, no communication. Cancelled order, but then received PART of order even though shipping confirmation said I received entire order. Contacted the company, and worse case, will contact credit card for chargeback. Horrible experience.

Deceptive and Fraudulent Behavior by CalmOptics CEO (found on crunchbase.com)

The company is fraudulent in their behavior. CalmOptics claims they are the original blue light blocking glasses, but these can be bought from china for $3. So they just upcharge their customers, providing no additional value, and then never deliver the item. They've claimed they ship from the USA and also make them in the USA, both of which are lies. I hope someone gets everyone together and files a lawsuit against them for their deceptive practice and fraudulent behavior. They break the shipping rule required by the FTC, along with deceptive medical claims on their website.

Company is a SCAM. DO NOT ORDER.

Please read everyone's reviews. This company is a SCAM. Similar experience: ordered the glasses early Sept. Emailed customer support who said the glasses would come soon. Then followed up again to cancel which they they offered a 20% discount. I declined and now crickets. No response. I'm not working through my credit card company to get a refund. PLEASE do not order from them. 100% a scam.
