I have the pleasure of knowing Dan and the CalNet Technology group professionally. Every interaction with this company has been pleasant and courteous. They respond to any inquiries I have in a timely manner. This business takes the time to ensure clarity and provides the tools necessary for a thriving partnership. I would highly recommend CalNet for any business technology needs.

C.J. did a fine job of updating my Outlook via remote and explaining it to me.

There tech staff has always been top rate, and takes care the issue quickly.

We have been with them for over 3 years and we are very pleased with their service. They generally respond quickly and deal with our issues. Although the techs rotate, and we may not get someone familiar, they keep good records of our system and it usually works out quite well.

I think the TBR meetings are great, thank you.
1. I would appreciate more hand-holding as we walk through the report (ex; what are users vs. endpoints?).
2. Would love the descriptions used on the report itself to be a little more user friendly and less tech-y (ex: 'Windows 2008/3 Servers" reads to me like we have Windows 2008 and we have 3 servers, when I believe the actual meaning is that we have Windows 2008 and a Windows 2003 servers).
3. I don't recall reviewing the 'Strategy' area, and why we got a "yellow" grade there.

Cal Net is always quick to diagnose and solve our issues in a timely manner and they've proven to be insightful and trustworthy with our mission critical projects. I would recommend them to anyone..

My meeting with Nick, Tom and Scott was wonderful and very educational. I am looking forward to working with them. We have been with Cal Net at least 6 months and we are very impressed with the engineers and the level of service that we receive. If you are looking for an excellent IT group...look no further than Cal Net!

Cal Net's primary objective is their bottom line and not their loyal customers. If you are a small SMB with minimal needs they may be a good fit but enterprise customers will be frustrated by the lack of available experienced engineers. They have a very difficult time keeping anyone with a serious track record on staff.

We have a saying at our site which is "Cal Net Done." This is what happens whens Cal Net finishes a task and tells us it's complete. It typically needs more work and is not actually finished. We refer to this as a Cal Net Done status. So, when someone on my staff tells me they've completed a config I may ask is it finished or Cal Net Done?

Cal Net has a great team of smart, dedicated people and they're always going the extra mile to make sure we're comfortable using the tech we have. Can't thank them enough for always being so responsive to our (sometimes silly) requests. Our client executive and engineer walk us through things during our review meetings and help us set long term goals, which is something we were never able to do before because we were always playing catchup! Highly recommend.

This team is great to work with! Friendly, knowledgeable and very responsive to our needs! You can't go wrong with their Services.
