The Camalize company that managed the Camaloon brand until 2022 has entered bankruptcy proceedings and is in liquidation. Since 2023, The Stikets Company, renowned for its expertise in the manufacture and marketing of labels and personalized products, has acquired only the brand, so we do not have any information about the steps taken by the former owners. We recommend that you contact your financial institution to claim the amount of the order that the company in liquidation, Camalize SL, did not deliver to you.

Satisfied by the products, inadequate shipping.
As far as I can tell Camaloon's service was excellent. The products (A5 Notebooks) came out as good as I expected them if not better, the notebooks where pretty high quality and the print was excellent. Unfortunately I'm forced not to give my highest score because of the shipping. The box did unfortunately arrived partially soaking wet and therefore about 10 out of the 35 products came out damaged by the water. Unfortunately, being the notebooks part of a christmas present I couldn't return them on time and I had to face some unconfortable situations with the gift recievers. I would highly suggest, to avoid similar situations in the future, either to opt for a safer shipping method or to wrap the products in some sort of waterproof material.

All went according to plan
All went according to plan. However, the transparent vinyl etiquettes were a bit dusty along the cuts. Once stuck to the black covers of our brochures they did not have that perfect finish we were looking for. The boss was happy, though.
