I am traveling to France today by BF ferries.
Yesterday I experienced a problem to charge my Volvo V60 T8 hybrid on a three pin plug cable at a friend’s house near Guildford
I phoned this garage and asked if they could check my car on the Saturday morning before going to the ferry terminal.
Jason Mitchell in the service department couldn’t do enough to help and even got the car checked out in the workshop to show no real problems and it was my fault with a setting in the Volvo app. We are here at the moment and he’s even letting us part charge the car before setting off
Absolutely first class service from a remote Volvo dealer. I can’t praise them enough
