Unfortunately there is not a zero star rating.
We arranged for scaffolding to be erected yesterday for a solar PV installation. We got told yesterday that it would go up at 10am this morning without fail.
The main man would not answer his phone from our usual number so we called on a different number. He basically said "find another scaffolder". So, we have guys on site twidling their bits at a cost of £900 per day. Thanks Cambridge, top company.
If they didnt want the job or could not do the job they should have just said rather than lie through their teeth.

They do not deserve 1. They left the scaffolds outside our house for a very long time. Every night we went out we had to lift my mum from her wheel chair as they were blocking our door . They are so irresponsable people with wheelchair are not able to go in& out. Never will allow any of my builders to use them for our house.

They were out on a bank holiday Monday at 07:20,causing noise by taking town their scaffolding. That's a £20,000 fine for noise nuisance but they didn't seem bothered, just made a joke about it when asked to stop. Do not recommend if you want to get on with your neighbours.

To be fair, the bloke I spoke to did point out Id be able to get even more done with the day having woken me up so early - so I took the opportunity to write this review! Nice one.

Whilst they were very quick at putting our scaffolding up, and asking for full payment, it was something of a nightmare trying to get them to take it down. They eventually did so 7 and a half weeks after we first requested it, and this after numerous calls, texts and emails from us. We won’t be using them again, or recommending them to anyone else.

They were in our garden to put up scaffolding in order to work on our neighbours’ roof. Unfortunately they were discourteous, rude and abusive to me and my wife. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and one star is too much.
