I ordered a $600 chair weeks ago. Went to try to check my order status and the entire website is gone. Redirected to Eternity Modern, which doesn't have my order. I was already charged for the purchase, so now trying to recoup the funds from my bank. Total nightmare, stay away.
I ordered two office chairs back in June through Camellia Story which is by the same ownership as Eternity Modern and they never arrived. I asked for a refund which they agreed to. I got an email confirming it from them, but the money never got refunded to my bank. I've submitted a dispute with PayPal and am still waiting on my money. Stay away from this company as you will never get your product and will have to fight to get your money back.
