I asked for cancelation, I was charged anyways and they blame it on me
I signed up on April the 8th 2021 for a three-day VIP trial subscription of the Play Store App Camera360. The order does not show up in any of my Google Play Store accounts so I can not cancel the subscription over there. Then I wrote the very same day of my subscription (April the 8th) to the developper (the app support team) which is the company Chengdu PinGuo Technology Co., Ltd, which despite the fact that happens to answer my e-mails all the time says that they can not cancel the subscription for me because it is linked to a Google subscription. Moreover the app support team says that I have to write to Google support but the fact is that there is no Google human support for any products or services except for Google Drive, whilst there is only a bunch of Google products link-tutorials to try fixing the issue/bug by yourself.
So as you can see I was in the middle of nowhere and in nobody's land with this situation because no-one was able to help me.
So at the end I was charged 25.99 euros anyways because of this subscription and I have written to the App support team again who blames it on me. I have already filed a credit card complaint through the bank that issued the credit card that was charged for this subscription and most likely through the bank the transaction will be reversed and I will get my money back.
All in all a bad experience with the App Camera360 and a bad experience with the company Chengdu PinGuo Technology Co., Ltd who unfairly blames it on me and says that can not cancel the subscription for me.
