There isn't much to say. I purchased a Peak Design 35l Duffel bag and as usual the order & delivery proceeded as it always does with Cameraworld, quickly & efficiently.
There are always cheaper places to shop, not that this item was expensive from Cameraworld, but it's the whole shopping & delivery experience that matters to me, unlike shockingly poor experiences I could mention from certain other couriers.
I highly recommend Cameraworld.

Excellent customer service from Dee! We purchased a camcorder for our daughter and couldn’t be happier. Dee took us through all the pro’s and cons and set the device up ready for use. Shopping online is convenient but if you can go into the store it’s a worthwhile experience.

No need to say much. Camera world sell genuine UK products at good prices. I recently bought a Canon lens, it was as expected, having been well packed for transport, and arrived on time. Staff were responsive and helpful, I strongly recommend Camera World.

The camera I ordered didn’t arrive in time. After waiting for ten days I contacted the support. They sent me a delivery picture of the parcel in front of a flat door. Unfortunately it wasn’t my flat and not even my building. The wrong address in the picture confirmed that. In my answer I indicated the wrong address and confirmed that I tried to ring the doorbell at the other house (nothing happened). After that, nobody responded anymore until I sent another email a couple of days later, asking for a refund to buy another camera somewhere else. The answer to that was them asking me, if I tried to contact the wrong address. I confirmed that a second time and now the only information is, that they try to arrange a redelivery from the wrong address (honestly, not my problem). My request for a refund is being completely ignored!

Went to the shop in Stevenage on a Monday morning to buy a lens. £40 cheaper than anyone else. Jordan was very helpful and friendly but lens was not in stock. Decided to send to home address between 3 and 5 working days for delivery and duly paid in full. I was going to be home on the Friday and Monday anyway. Hadn't heard anything by Thursday so phoned to enquire. I was chastised as the five days weren't up yet, even though i was just asking for progress. Got a text the next Monday afternoon that courier had it but no expected delivery time/date. Text Tuesday to say it would arrive that day. Rush home from work to be at home for delivery. You really need to improve your communication Camera World when sending kit by courier.

Really good deals at great prices. My first purchase and I'm really pleased with the service. I was updated regularly on the order status and it arrived very quickly. Hopefully I'll get a chance to visit the store when I'm in London.

DPD left a brand new Canon R6V left on doorstep all day. Split the items into separate deliveries when I asked them to ship them together. Paid for each parcel to be delivered on a Sunday but this was not the case unfortunately.

Arrived really quickly and product is in excellent condition.

I ordered an item, the delivery was delayed by a month due to the item being out of stock - which is fine, as I was notified of this. However when the item did turn up it was obviously a used item with some minor usage marks and the seal broken on the box, not a new item as I had ordered.

I’ve contacted the company 3 times on email and also called several times regarding this over the last 2 weeks and I am getting nowhere. I had one response to my initial email saying that they would look into a resolution, then I’ve heard nothing, despite me following up several times. Very poor customer service and they have lost me as a future client now.

Very annoying as the item was over £200 and it should have been an easy fix for them to arrange a simple return and then send a replacement out. It’s a waste of my time chasing this. Sort it out Camera World.

I bought a Hoya 62mm circular polariser at at a very good price it arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition.

website easy to use .good value and speedy delivery.happy with my camera just took a while to get accustomed to as different to my previous camera.
only problem was I was not aware I needed to buy an ion battery charger so that was purchased separately.

Straight forward transaction. Saw a lens that interested me, did some research then bought it. Online ordering was straight forward. Communication was good. Lens arrived on time and in a large box, very well packaged. No issues, would buy from Camera World again.

Order was on a back order from godox. It took longer than expected but staff at camera worked kept me informed and answered queries

Unfortunately, I'd ordered the wrong lens, so had to return it. Entirely my fault! The customer service was amazing. It really was. I was refunded within a few days. I will definitely use Camera World again but next time, I'll order the right gear!

I ordered a second-hand extension for a Canon r8 that had just come in. Excellent communication from Camera World from the start. The item was delivered the following day (on a Saturday) for a very reasonable £5 charge. It was like new and in the original box - for a very reasonable price. 5***** service thank you.
