Excellent experience
We had the pleasure of buying a sofa from the Kings Road show room. There was a great variety of sofas and very knowledgeable staff, particularly Carolina Ferreyra who helped us pick the perfect sofa.
The whole experience was great, Carolina was attentive but also gave us the space we needed to try out alternatives and weigh up options which is the exact experience that you would want when purchasing a big ticket item like a high end sofa.
We are very happy with our decision and would highly recommend.

New cover for an old sofa
I had bought a sofa from Camerich about 7 years ago and was very happy with my purchase. Recently I ordered a new cover which arrived within the time limit I was given and was fitted by a Camerich professional fitter. Looks like a brand new sofa now. Carolina has very helpful throughout the whole process which went very smoothly and I have been very happy with my new cover.

Amazing friendly professional and knowledgeable service. I purchased a lot of items on a couple of separate occasions to fully furnish a new apartment and the service and help I received from Emily Poynton was outstanding. She is a real asset to teh company.

Always helpful and professional service
We have been Camerich customers for a while, and this is not the first time Ishraq has assisted us. Every time she has been extremely helpful, attentive and professional.
Most recently, she supported us again with our marble dining table order. I asked her to give me a call so I could get her advice directly, and she phoned me straight away, which I really appreciated.
Ishraq has guided us through several purchases before, and each time her advice has been excellent. It is always a pleasure dealing with her, and we truly value her support.

I'm obsessed with my new couch
I'm obsessed with my new couch, and the whole process couldn't have been easier. Thanks to Carolina we were able to make a decision quickly and were sitting on our new couch less than a week later. Delivery was great and simple, and the showroom is so pleasant. I highly recommend visiting the showroom in West London. Carolina was so kind and gave us all the info and space we needed to have a good look and make the right decision. 10/10 experience!!!

I bought a Chamerich chair 10 years…
I bought a Chamerich chair 10 years ago. The chair is wonderful but, through use, the black arms had started to fade a little. I emailed Camerich to ask if they could recommend a product that I could buy and apply, which might renovate the chair. They did much more. They immediately posted a repair kit, which I quickly received and applied to the chair. The chair now looks like new again. Emily at Camerich gets 5 stars.

i spent quite some time comparing sofa options but i chose camerich not just because of the sofa but because i knew i needed good customer service as i was shipping overseas and deadlines were tight. High Class Outfit
I ordered a number of pieces from this retailer. I have used them before and not only found the furniture items to be of high quality, but also a consistent level of very good service from their staff. I would mention Ishraq who held our hands throughout the ordering process and couldn't have been more helpful. Also a mention for Nisya who helped us in store. Both were very patient as we debated various options and combinations but never hurried or hassled us to make the sale. I would definitely recommend Camerich for a high class furniture shopping experience.

I can't recommend the products and the whole experience at Camerich enough! Firstly they have the most professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to help with all questions and whole customer journey! Veridiana who showed us all the sofas we were interested in, she explained to us without rushing and took her time to make sure we had no more questions left and provided her recommendations for our space. Throughout the whole journey she was on top of her game - answering timely and professionally and made us feel at ease, we knew exactly when to expect the furniture, made the payment process easy and felt supported all the time. I went back and forth for a month to decide on the fabric and colour and she was patient and helpful letting me take home samples to try in my space etc! I waited to write this review to receive the sofa and ottoman and see the fabric and everything together after assembly - no flaw! Amazing experience and I would be back! Thank you Veridiana!! Delivery as promised - if not faster actually and the guys who delivered it and put it together were also friendly and careful. I would recommend Camerich furniture to anyone and I will be back for more.
