Staff member was very helpful for finding us the right stock from the warehouse. Everyone was very kind and friendly to us and always asked if we needed help.

Extremely bad service ordered an TELTA 2026 awning they took my money 4 months later still no sign of the awning they just kept lying and moving the goal post. I Cancelled the order asked for refund been a month now and I am still waiting for my refund. I sent numerous emails with no reply. They are thieves there customer service is a lie as they don’t have one.
Do not buy from this company. If you have a problem don’t expect them to do anything. Absolutely shocking

The staff were really helpful and the showroom is amazing! I wasted a load of time online trying to figure out what I wanted, but I sorted it all out in about half hour there. Prices in store are on a par with all the online retailers, so there's no benefit to scouring the web trying to save a few pounds.

Next time I need some more camping gear, I'll be going straight back here - even though it's 50 miles away from me!

This place was exactly what I was looking for. A huge range of tents and canopy’s which are all set up so you can see what you are getting. Without a doubt worth the journey.

Following my one star reviews below CW eventually called me to process my refund, explaining how 'super busy' they are and cannot get around to calling everyone back as fast as they would like to.

My view has not changed on their poor customer service and ethics; they are still selling selling and taking orders for items they don't have in stock and do not know when or if they can get them. What kind of business runs a company where you cannot speak to person in 'Customer Services?' The WhatsApp 'live chat' is never actually 'live' - and responses are several hours or days later.

I won't ever use CW online again and my advice would be to be cautious and check they actually have the items before paying online for them, as getting refunds and any kind of communication is just too difficult.
