If you like getting scammed this is the place for you...I ordered a motorhome awning for €815.95 on 15th May 2026..which was never dispatched and was told on numerous occasions it'll be in next week..but that never happened so I requested a refund which also never happen..so I've contacted PayPal and west Sussex trading standards..now I'm going to contact..thismorning on ITV to see if they will broadcast my complaint on tv....just a quick update..I received a full refund into my bank account via PayPal on 15th July 2026..Thank you

order a tent 29th April didn’t turn up, they needed to locate it at depo. eventually they found it, i have sent numerous of emails,, which i feel i’ve been given the run around. i tried customer relations to know avail. i’m still waiting for refund, i think from reading other customers reviews, i don’t think im going to get it back. it’s a joke,
update after a lot of emails back and fourth i reviewed a new tent, and rest in refund. the customer service was always email back , but customer relation was terrible.

dont ordered, was given a 4-7 window for delivery, still not delivered, unable to talk to anyone via phone, getting fobbed off about my order via watsapp, and email, will never order again, takes ya money but no delivery, and still taking orders they cannot deliver,

Selling Items Not Available & Then Not Issuing Refund

Ordered an awning on 7th June, 3 days later I received an email saying it was actually unavailable for dispatch, so I cancelled the order. A few days later after not receiving a refund I contacted live chat who confirmed the cancellation and advised me a refund was on its way. One month later, still no refund.

Trying to get in touch with this company to get my money back has been an absolute nightmare:

Phone number: Doesn't work.
Live chat: Now not available.
WhatsApp support: "Couldn't help."
Customer Care email: "Couldn't help."

As I had ran out of options, I called their Horsham store hoping for some help as the email/live chat route wasn’t working. I asked the store manager, Michael, if he could please call the online team, find out what was happening with my refund and let me know, he said he could call them and find out... but explicitly stated he would not phone me back to let me know as it "wasn't his job." I will have to open a PayPal dispute in a couple of days if no response, wish I had looked at the reviews first.

Summary: This company sells items they do not have, cancels orders without issuing refunds and provides zero effective customer service to resolve the issues they create. Absolutely appalling company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered a tent, was advised a short delivery time frame, didn’t arrive for weeks, eventually had to collect from Horsham as we needed tent. I pushed for compensation, I was offered the carpet for the tent which I accepted, I’m now waiting on delivery of that, as you can imagine this is late. We are also waiting on a refund, was told 14 working days. It’s now been double that time and still no refund.

Friendly staff , good layout of shop and showroom, easy to find stuff in shop , priced well , lots of items with discounts making it affordable for everyone . Really happy with experience today

Ordered a Vango sun canopy CW on their site state 4 to 7 days dispatch and still does.
20 days in still no canopy despite whatsapping them several times. They still couldnt give a delivery date.
This is the worst online camping store ive ever dealt with. No phone line, dont answer emails. I will never use again and strongly advise others to look elsewhere

Always a brilliant selection of tents and equipment, purchased most of our camping equipment from this shop. Staff are always friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this store

Really helpful staff, they came out to my van to help me with my battery when they didn’t have to, they gave me advice Bout fridges, i know where i will come when i need good advice!
