ho comprato diverse per capire la qualità, tra le cui anche ventresca di tonno e di tonno rosso che avevo conosciuto a Toky… questa Campisi è una ventresca senza grasso, con il filetto di carne abbastanza compatta e quasi stucchevole a tratti… manca la ricchezza del grasso che fa speciale il ventre dei tonni!
