Cherry Splash…

We have been buying the Cherry Splash weekly and really liked it. This week it came out of the can looking like regular ginger ale and the taste was odd. Not the cherry flavor taste we paid for. We opened several cans thinking it was a one-time thing. Then I did some reading online. I guess others are having the same p. I prefer the original cherry splash. We won't be buying any more of this.

Cans Exploded. Ruined Carpet

We purchased two-18 packs of the Canada Dry Variety drinks during the holiday season from Sam's Club (cranberry, blackberry and the regular flavor). My wife drinks Canada Dry. I don't. When she retrieved the last 6-pack from the 1st case today, she noticed the 2nd case on the bottom shifted and was as light as a pillow. She lifted the 2nd case and there was a rectangular reddish purple stain on the carpet. Each of the 18 cans was empty! Somehow, they all leaked. There wasn't a single drop in any of the cans. I'm not sure what happened, but we'll now have to replace the carpet with more carpet or laminate flooring. It's now going to be an added expense when we sell our home. I have pictures of the spot. I wish I could submit them.

They refuse to replace or refund defective products

This company is a joke!!’ Please done give them your money!
I bought a pack of seltzer and two cans came crushed and half empty. I took pictures and contacted them TWO MONTHS AGO. They’ve been lying to me since then, through phone and social media. Every time I call they say they will email a coupon, and they never do it. Such a trashy customer service! On social media they keep posting jokes and ignoring any complaints and just send copy and paste replies.
It’s a matter of honor now, I will keep bothering them until they replace the defective product. STAY AWAY!!!

CANADA DRY

I am a Google reviewer but unless something is really negative I do not bash companies.
In this case I could not get satisfaction from their site or customer service. We were buying a ginger ale product called Canada Dry BOLD.
Friends liked it also. Over a period of months it was impossible to find in cans. I did find liter bottles which was not to my liking and is also not available. Two major supermarket chains, Target, Sam’s Club, Walmart did not help. The “Where can I buy” online listed about 10 options. None of them had it. Half said they Never had it! In Two calls to customer service, I find out that the parent company is Keurig.
To get the right division was impossible. I spoke with same person a cpl months apart. He said he would document and report. No response and no joy. It was as if they could not have cared less about their consumers. They still don’t say it was discontinued. It just is mint available in NY state.
It’s not the most important issue of course. But it’s sad that the corporate bottom line and lack of real support is lacking nowadays.
Apple Computer is still and always been superior in support. Are other large companies unwilling to step up for the consumers who are the ones that really power the success of a business. The failure of companies is usually do to management failure.

Diet Canada Dry Ginger Ale

Don't mind the name change from diet to zero sugar. Diet ginger ale was a very good seller in my location. I myself would 4 or 5 2 liters bottles a week. My point is the zero does not taste the same as the diet. I do not know what the difference is , but there is a difference. Zero sugar taste like drinking watered down kool aid.
