Product availability, fast efficient delivery, competitive price.

Shavon was great to deal with, gave us the info we requested as well as her advice when called upon. Handled our transaction quickly and efficiently and provide us with a good price. We have dealt with Shavon on several purchases and each time the results have been consistent,thank you. Will continue to deal with Shavon and CAS in the future.

We purchased a fridge & stove a week ago and haven’t heard from anyone as to when they will be delivered so it’s premature to complete this survey.

Good service & knowledgeable about the products purchased. Delivery of the two appliances was done with good care. We however we’re disappointed that the dishwasher was left up to the customer to unpack.

I narrowed my online search down to 4 products. The rep I got on the phone was able to immediately recommend one above the others based on feature vs. cost comparison. She was also able to get the cost of the extended warranty reduced for me on the machines. After purchase the product was delivered within days which surprised me. I didn't realize it wouldn't quite fit the space of my old ones, but the deliverers were very flexible and worked with me to find a way to make it fit (which I enjoy more now than how it was before). Overall good experience with this company, would use them again!

This is our third appliance purchased with the assistance of Ivonna. She is so good at explaining all the features and can answer any questions we have. She’s just great! The pick up was easy and pain free. The young fellow was cheerful and efficient. All in all, another great experience with Canadian Appliance Source. We would highly recommend!

We were very surprised that you could deliver the product in such a quick manner . Purchased on Sunday and they were delivered Wed morning before 10 am.

Calvin MacEachern was awesome to deal with. Very accommodating and helpful. Best experience ever at an appliance store. We will definitely go back! The warehouse staff when we picked up we’re very friendly and helpful.

We are pleased about our experience with CAS and Ivonna. We ordered a different set of knobs and handles and indicated we’d pick them up at the west end location when they came in. They came quicker than we expected but a phone call asked what city we wanted them delivered to. They ended up at the south lactation. That’s why we gave 4 stars out of 5.

Calvin was great. He was both knowledgeable and was not pushy for a sale. He was able to address all my concerns. He directed me as to which choice of oven and cook top would work best for my planned budget. A very pleasant purchase and I would not hesitate to refer others to shop at CAS.👍

Our delivery date promised, was changed, throwing us a curve ball regarding our laundry loads!

Purchased 2 separate order a week apart, wrong address enter on both orders.
Had to scramble on the day of delivery to ensure items were delivered to the correct location.
1st order, washer/dryer were scratches, was offered a $25 credit to go out and purchase a product to buff it out, what a joke.
2nd order for the fridge, the delivery driver arrived early, per the automated noticed, was extremely rude and threatening to leave and charge for delivery, upon entering the home claimed he didn’t have paperwork to take the old fridge which was on the invoice and paid for.
Needless to say, I will not be fooled a 3rd time and I will be replacing my other appliances through another company.

I bought my dishwasher and electric range at the North Edmonton location. My call was answered promptly, and appointed visiting time was duly executed. Staff were friendly, engaging and helpful. And I was able to take my decisions as to purchase quickly. I did not feel rushed to make that purchase.
I cannot say the same for the other Edmonton location - all calls went to VM - and online sales - I thought they failed to grasp what I was looking for.
Delivery was quick and flawless.

Ivona was our rep however all staff were equally attentive and helpful . Good selection of appliances, good pricing and great extended warranty.

The CAS phoned and confirmed order was complete and PAY and schedule delivery. 6 weeks after intial order.
On delivery day no heads ups on missing parts to order.
Remover old appliances and gone as per instructions
now cannot use new washer /dryer without all the rework of hooking up then removing again to install pedestals. Store indicated i would have to do it now!!
