I purchased a GE profile range with an…
I purchased a GE profile range with an air fryer...The sales person pushed me to buy the open box range as it is like new. The range was delievered. I went to use the air fryer and the range did not have it...I received a totally different model than I purchased. Customer service refuses to exchange the range for the correct purchased model, regardless of the purchase with options been clearly documented.
So far. I have made a complaint to the credit card company. My next step is legal action.
Stay away from this company...They do not honour purchase agreements, you never know what you will receive
Watch this company, I purchased a range with the air fryer and receive emails from the sales person confirming the air fryer option...the range does not have the air fryer...
What you purchase may not be what is delivered to your home....the company refuses to fix the mistake

The delivery men were very professional. having the waterline hookup and old appliance removal included in the price was a big bonus. Would highly recommend.

Natasha is a great salesperson
Natasha is a great salesperson - not too pushy and listens to what you want. Prices are competitive, too. With install/haul away it is contracted out. We paid for haul away; new dishwasher installed Friday; it's now Tuesday and our old dishwasher still hasn't been taken away. Overall, would recommend Canadian Appliance Source, but consider using your own installer/haul away service.
