Whether online or in-store, CAS customers receive knowledgeable advice, expert service, and quality appliances at exceptional prices. Now with more than 40 locations, our mission has grown to be the largest national appliance retailer in Canada. Great experience!

The man who did the installation was friendly and quick. There was minimal disruption to my day. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. I will definately use your company again in the future. Thank you

Had to take the full day off to have a…

Had to take the full day off to have a fridge delivered, then was not told at the time of purchases that. I would have to move and disconnect fridge. Was told that the fridge would have to be empty before the delivery people came this is ok for the fridge part not the frozen where we have frozen food. Was given almost 5 hour window to have frozen food thawing. Then to Waite for at least 4 hours before connecting the new fridge. I can tell you that even in my coolers the food was going soft at the end of this time line. None of this was told to me to prepare in advance it was only when I called to confirm that morning that I was told about this. This is not acceptable when we are dealing with food the delivery should be with in an hour so we can a lot the set up time for the new fridge with out food going bad it was a very hottttt day to have food out.we are not dealing with appliances that can wait. This was a replacement fridge for a three year old fridge that the repair was more that than getting a new one so the fridge was full, this was explained at time of purchase . The delivery people were amazing when they came. I am very disappointed in the store for not informing me of this 4 to 6 hour time allowance for delivery and having to get someone before hand to disconnect the fridge it’s a built in so more time with out power and starting to thaw food. Had to get my husband to come in from work and a friend to come by to move the fridge to disconnect. If this was explained in store we would have done it before him going to work. I will not be using your company again or referring you we are contractors /owners and deal in large apartment builds and are sourcing out companies to supply appliances for the units.
I was not informed I have no missed calls the only call I received was 1/2 before they came to tell me they were on the way. I called your company to confirm the details at 9:30. And only then did I find out about the disconnection of the fridge. This is a time senso appliance that should be delivered in a timely fashion for food safety not a appliance that can Waite all day!

We regret to learn that your experience has been less than adequate.

Please understand the routing/time windows are completed by our delivery carrier and not CAS.

Time windows are created based on what delivery locations our carrier is going to on a particular day.

Moreover, a 4-hour window is provided to customers to accommodate for unexpected delays and ensure that deliveries are being completed within the planned window.

Unfortunately, we do not give specific delivery times to customers.

Kindly note that the delivery time window would have been communicated to you in the evening prior to the delivery and adequate arrangements could have been made in regards to disconnecting the fridge.

Easy & helpful buying Experience!

Finding a new appliance can be a daunting experience with all of the new makes and models and options on todays' appliances. CAS salespeople are well informed and do a great job of finding exactly what you're after at a competitive price to ensure you get a great deal and are well protected on the warranty side.

Sales representative very patient and helpful.

I found the sales representative very approachable and patient. I was given his dirrect line so I could ask questions. Even when I was going to cancel my order because my dryer would not fit on the washer I had purchased , he said no problem and put a hold on the payment. In the end I purchased a compatable dryer to match the washer through the same agent . I was very pleased with my exchanges with this company. Delivery arrangements was explained repetedly and was carried out as expected except an unexpected time delay.

We bought a $4000,

We bought a $4000,. side-by-side fridge/freezer, service there was good, delivery was great, but when we went back to get help on buying a door and shelf for inside the fridge/freezer that's where the customer service went BAD! they refused to help in anyway, because of that we wont be back or recommend the store.

Excellent customer service!

The sales person Brad, was very helpful. The communication for the delivery was excellent.
The delivery drivers were there ahead of schedule which was very appreciated. I would not hesitate to buy from CAS again.

It's been excellent experience with CSA…

It's been wonderful experience with CSA representative Mr. SIDDHANT Madan beating all minimum cost in canada for all my required products, though it took bit time to finalize all cost but I am very happy to buy from CAS though reviews of CAS were not impressive but I took chance and got Items on paper Under great cost. I will follow-up with CAS for delivering as per my need date.
