Fantastic company that make the whole process clear and easy to navigate from beginning to end. For those requiring peace of mind for their required medicine, a Cancard is definitely recommended.

I struggled on my phone getting pdf sent
Was few weeks before had a go on computer
Within this time got really agitated.
I ended up giving in the Cancard staff promptly
Returned my money like next day
Next morning I put application through again
After using pc to download my pdf from doctors my mind was foggy earlier days
But went through sweet as a nut
That very same day Cancard staff had approved my card within an hour!!!!
I can’t wait to start up again making my own
And enjoying saving myself lots of money I also know what pesticides etc have been used
I’m so thankful for customer support putting up with my moods was pissed at my iPhone
I can do lots of internet but was struggling to remember I give these guys 10/10 for idea and customer service thanks again Cancard 💕🙏💕

Tom was great, he got things pushed through for me quickly once I got my stuff from my doctor.
Can't wait to get the card as then I know I'll be covered as I smoke a lot of weed outside. Have done for 30yrs. But now with cancard I won't have to worry about not getting lifted from the cops. Can show that and tell people to back off now. As it's for medical reasons. Cheers cancard and look forward to receiving my card soon

This will be my second year and I'm very pleased with the service so far. I haven't had to use it properly, but it has come in handy on my fishing lake to inform the bailiff.
It's nice to know that there are good people who understand and will help me if needed.

I accidently sent in a renewal request without the proper documentation and freaked out about it. I quickly followed up with multiple emails with the right documentation but was worried that it would be declined anyways. Tom from cancard support replied very quickly and assured me that the application will be processed with the right documentation inclosed. I feel very glad to be apart of cancard and the movement to make majurana legal and normalised.

Have given 4 stars due to cost. I understand running costs are unfortunately high and people need to make a living but £29 seems a bit steep but if it protects you from a fine or just wasting hours at police stations then it's probably worth it, I clearly think it is, so... Customer service and issueing the card was very quick and responsive so top marks. Honestly would have given 4.5 stars if I could because of the customer service. It's sad this service is needed, but it's fantastic someone's taking up the challenge.

Had some issues in the beginning with misunderstanding on my part as well as uploading documents im glad to say every has gone through perfectly fine. I'm happy thank you.

I've been with cancard now for 3 years and have had only a small number of times when I've had to show it the either police or security and having the scan code on the back to show my prescription along with the passport style photo has made things a hundred times more easier. I've not needed the legal support that comes with being a cancard holder as yet but it's a great comfort to know they have my back.
