This is a scam from China. They photoshop their ptoducts, you pay, wait for 2-3 months, PAY a custom's fee and get a shock of your lifetime - trash... total trash. The bank is not able to recover the money, and you can not send it back. The Internet, esp. Facebook is filled with such criminality. DO NOT buy on Internet. Buy from a store.

WATCH OUT. It’s a total fraud! I purchased 4 blouses for 110euros from Greece and 21 days later no news. No replies on my emails, no replies on their Facebook page. Fortunately, I filed a dispute on Paypal and I got a refund of the total amount. I reported their page on Facebook of course. Now it’s been deactivated.

Avoid this shop, it's a total scam! I was sent 2 jumpers I purchased and paid quite a lot for each of them,. only to receive something that was completely different from the photo, horrible quality without any label. But the worst part is the sizing - they can fit a doll!!! they are cut SO SO badly, that the shoulders are down on the elbow, arms are 3/4 and the body is like a crop top. Contacted them for over 2 weeks now to request a return label and refund and not heard back.

I was sent a jumper that was a completely different colour to the one I ordered. There was no info in the package on how to return it. I’ve tried multiple times to contact the company but had no reply. When I commented on Instagram on this bad service, they deleted the comment. This company should not be allowed to trade.

Item shipped from Singapore - not Madrid as name suggests. Avoid!

Very much the same bad experience as everyone else.. Order took about 1 month to arrive and the sweater was an inferior copy of another product .
I tried the website link to return but this wasn't found.. Any email I sent was replied instantly with a generic reply that didn't provide me with return info etc
I finally opened a dispute with PayPal & returned the item to the return address on the parcel which was in Southall (probably their UK agents) which was delivered & signed for
PayPal got an offer of a full refund if I returned it to Madrid but as I don't have the item anymore I'm waiting for PayPal to get back to me
Hopefully PayPal will check Trust Pilot !

Ordered from them on January 3rd when I didn't receive item by February or replies to my emails I opened a case with PayPal & got a refund within two weeks, keep away from this company total scam , items don't ship from Europe they ship from China, they should be closed down for fraud

Scam! Ordered more than 20 working days ago, didn't arrive, the tracking number doesn't work and they don't reply to email.

Bought items in Feb and have chases and chased retailer With no reply. Tracking number doesn’t work either. Do not buy from this place it’s a scam. I wish I had seen the reviews here before I made my purchase! Avoid!!!!!

Please do not buy from them. I have spent 70€ with them, received the confirmation email but nothing more than that. No products so far (it has been 20 days so far) or even an order tracking number. I should have checked this before when I checked the delivery time (15 business days to deliver something from Spain to Portugal is too much).
I have reported their profile in instagram but nothing seems to be happening. Please do the same.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a sweater after seeing an ad on Instagram. When it finally arrived it was nothing like the photos and I started the long process of returning for a refund. I returned it to an address in Madrid (at my expense - £8.50) and emailed them with proof of postage etc, but have heard nothing more apart from their infuriating standard emails which give no useful information. A complete rip off!

I can only echo some of the reviews - the product was okay if you are aware that "Cashmere jumper" means max 20%. However, I have since been trying to return the order and get my money back and am still waiting. I would not recommend buying from them - if you are not in Madrid yourself.

Do not buy from this company. I wish I looked up Trust Pilot before I ordered from an ad on Insta. Ordered in January 2021 - 4 weeks later and no product, no reply from email, phone.

I wish I had read Trust Pilot before I ordered from Candeliermadrid. I have been trying to contact them for details of exchange or refund address and only get automated response with no relevant details. Please buyer beware. I will keep trying.

No reply from company after emailing to find out where my order is. Expect 4 weeks for delivery. And my knit jumper arrived in a different colour to my request and NOT THE SAME AS PICTURE
