WOULD NOT recommend!

I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this Company! I paid my money, had my phone consultation, and after chasing them up for over two weeks, I NEVER even got my prescription finalised!! I would like my money back otherwise I'm reporting this as a scam! I'm a disability pensioner and every bit of money counts!

I have spent time with a few clinics…

I have spent time with a few clinics over my life and candor has been the best yet. Dr Juan Franco is amazing and he has been very helpful. I have nothing bad to say about candor, my experience thus far has been exceptional.

Great Service, quality of care

I've had a great experience with Candor. It can be a bit slow to get up & running, but my understanding is that this is more to do with red tape from Gov legislation than anything on Candor's side. Phone calls are mandated now for telehealth/online providers, so interesting to see people get frustrated at Candor for this.

Dr. Juan Franco has been excellent in both his initial consult and follow up consult. He has addressed some unique concerns I had regarding the treatment and was very willing to try new things to alleviate these concerns.

Please Avoid - Candor is going downhill

Avoid. Candor used to be great but they’re unable to keep up with check-ups and renewing scripts. Expect to wait over a week for a script to be renewed, and support chat times can easily take 3 days for a response. There are much better providers and I’ll be ditching Candor this week. Very unfortunate as I have been a customer for a long time now.

Extremely slow response for everything

Extremely slow response for everything, like expect to wait a day for any reply. It’s really annoying.
Initial prescription allows for 1 repeat which you then have to pay for a check up which is not communicated until after you pay for and complete your initial consultation, seems a bit deceptive. There are better options, I suggest you keep looking.

No chat service as they advertise…

No chat service as they advertise as they do not respond on it. No other way to contact anyone then a chat service you get NO response on. So far this has been a SCAM. They have taken my money for a consultation they have never provided. I will be reporting this scam to try and stop others wasting time with this company.

Scam alert, don’t share any real details with them

Their website advertises quick online process, while in reality, it takes days of back and force messaging with their nurses.
And then after the nurses are happy, you’ll need to book a real phone conversation with the doctors .
This is not an online experience, they just make you write your history in their online portal and then again say to their nurses and then again, have a phone call with the doctors.

7 days between ordering and any communication, neglected to tell me within those 7 days that there was no stock, sent my script without an order, then the order without the script, of course the usual " im sorry" " I understand" go to hell Candor you disgusting company. Some of us are patients that rely on this but the majority are recreational users, no medical evidence required at all, and because of potheads, patients suffer, and because we are viewed as customers not patients, noone gives a crap. Money refunded and business taken into my own hands. Prepare for a senate enquiry Candor, youre disgusting and I dont give a crap about your hurt feelings caused by my anger at your incompetence, or that you've disabled my account you dogs, weeds everywhere but I think I'll go back to conventional medication, at $7.95 per script and there on demand, youre as useless as a penis on Albanese. Going without my medication is not going to be a problem, I have a REAL Gp, like I said, prepare for battle boofheads. You can say you were working with the pharmacy, in 7 days waiting I was never ONCE informed that there was NO stock or any other communication, dont try and cover up YOUR DISGUSTING MISTAKE. I'll be taking the 31 friends I recommended to you as well. I urge everyone who's thinking about Candor to reconsider, the first 2 orders are awesome, anything after that, forget it. Please discharge me officially from your care, delete my account and forward my scripts you have on file.

Great Service

My recent experience with Candor has been amazing, very cheap prices for both the consults and the products and the service has been great. Not only that but they also have a wide range of products, allowing you to grab many at a time. Will definitely be staying with these doctors and will definitely be recommending to others!

100% life changing experience.

From the first time I used Candor to the present day, they have been absolutely amazing. I was very hesitant to try this form of treatment, but it has changed my life. Dr Lisa Beckett is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and she LISTENS.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with…

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Candor. From their friendly nurses to the amazing Dr Beckett, I have felt listened to and valued as a patient. The wait times are substantially lower than I’ve experienced with other clinics, and it doesn’t feel like a tick and flick consult like I’ve experienced elsewhere. Definitely recommend!

After a little initial wait to have my consult sorted, I can honestly say I’ve been very happy with them.
If you want personal care with doctors/nurses who take time to get to know you, Candor is perfect

Been a patient with candor for about a…

Been a patient with candor for about a year and it been getting worse, expect long delays in getting any response (they say 24hrs but it's usually 3-4 days). expect to get locked out of chats on their portal, expect to get ignored or run around in circles between candor, their participating pharmacies and the wholesaler when you have an issue with a product received.
Still haven't received a refund for when they sent my script to a pharmacy that couldn't order any of the products.
Avoid this company.
