Today, my Cocker Charlie's dense lockdown coat was brilliantly managed once more! The steps they've implemented to minimize direct interactions with customers are exceptional, and I felt incredibly secure. Many thanks!

Very convenient as come to your home and does it all from his van that parks outside.Glad he didn't have to wait around as he's a nervous dog but Barry was very quick and efficient while doing an excellent job. Very reasonably priced. Will be booking again. Thankyou

Never again! 8 month puppy first experience for hand strip. After 2.5 hours all they had done was bath him, dry him and done hardly noticeable bit of his back. I asked them to stop and went to collect him to ask what they had been doing. Was told he’d been playing with all the other puppies- he wasn’t there for that- that they had bathed and dried him which must have taken all of 30 minutes and that hand strip could take several hours I’ve had 4 of this breed before and stripped them myself till fingers got arthritis so I know exactly what is involved. They then said that he was bitey because he wasn’t used to it but his breeder had already done his ears so I knew how he would react and that wasn’t by biting. I had been told by several people that their dogs were at the salon for hours as they book too many dogs in at the same time but because it is a local business and I was familiar with the owner I decided to give them a chance. Never again! And sadly the owner does not know how to appropriately handle a complaint- the door was slammed shut as I left. Really disappointed with them and suggest you ask how long your dog will be there before you book

Unfaultable service! Professional from start to finish. My dog looks the best they have ever looked after a groom. She also smells incredible. I can't wait to bring her back. Thank you.

Having given clear instructions that we wanted our Cavapoo to have a trim all over, we were no less that horrified that she had her body cut extremely short and her ears and tail untouched. Obviously they listen with a smile and just pass it on to the production line. Award winning ???? That’s got to be a joke.

Thank you to Canine Cutz for being so gentle and understanding with my rescue dog Maya. We had only had her a week when we booked in for a groom as she was in desperate need of one, being a stray who had come all the way from Greece. I was so nervous to leave her but she was beaming when I collected her. I told the staff about my concerns as we really didn’t know her well at the time of the groom, but the staff were reassuring and I felt comfortable leaving her in professional hands. A happy, clean dog who smelt amazing on collection! Thank you, we will be returning

Our Springer Spaniel Jackson had his beauty treatment today. He would like to let you know the following: "my Daddy dropped me off today. All the staff were so kind to me and I really enjoy going there to be pampered. All my doggy friends tell me how handsome I look and that I smell divine. I am so happy to have found Canine Cutz, they are the best!!!! I can't wait to go again. Love Jackson Lane xxx

BORDER TERRIER - Hand Stripping

This is specific to our dog who is very used to being hand stripped but came home very anxious and didn’t want to be hugged or touched. Very sensitive. Was over four hours with the groomer who tried to suggest the difficulty in stripping was because he must have been clipped in the past. He’s never been clipped. He has some really bad thin patches of fur. We will not be recommending.

*** thank you for the reply. We’ve never encountered any difficulties with our regular groomer of over 8 years (we are back with them now).

Took Ronnie and Elsie for their 1st pamper and hair cut, don't know who was more anxious my husband and I or the twins but they loved it and look absolutely gorgeous, all the staff were so lovely xx

Always a fantastic job done, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Great changes put in place to make everyone feel safe when dropping off and collecting, during Covid. Highly recommended, by far the BEST dog groomers in High Wycombe and most probably further afield!

I have read a fair number of the reviews on this site, all complementary and I agree with them all.. our rough collie loves coming here and returns beautiful. They put up with our amazingly naughty cocker and manage him by not leaving stuff about (he loves rubbish bins!.. wish we could train him)

Never disappointed with how Ossie is transformed each time! They took excellent care of her today with her post-operation care requests, as well as making her look like a tidy spaniel again - no doubt short lived!! Highly recommended.
