Bad packing for shipping, worse customer service
I placed an order for both CBD juice & THC juice. They took a long time to ship and when they finally arrived, they were leaking into the box. They were literally just throw into a box, no bubble wrap or protection whatsoever. The bottles also had no seal inside. The juice had leaked out and it was a mess. I requested refund / replacement. I tried sending them emails, contact us page messages, I even looked them up on Facebook, which they have a Facebook page and I messaged them there and they read it and ignored me. I sent multiple requests to them. They don’t respond. I had to go through my bank to get a charge back to get my money back. Next thing I looked at their Facebook page and they blocked me. Absolute awful customer service, don’t know how to package an order, the sucky part is the juice is actually good and I would have been purchasing it on a regular basis if they had acted right. But they don’t care about their customers experiences at all.
