Cancel drivers at the last minute
Cancel drivers at the last minute. I was booked to deliver for a pharmacy on the Friday, Monday and Tuesday. Received a WhatsApp message on the Saturday morning (and on my birthday!!) that because I’m registered at the doctor surgery next door - I would have to be cancelled. This is incorrect as I haven’t been with said surgery since October 2024. I can only assume that it is one of the pharmacists from the Wellbeing Pharmacy Chesterfield Drive, Ipswich branch blabber mouthing. And she wants to watch out as her mouth is going to get her into trouble! 😡

Got a job as a Class 2 HGV Driver!
Canugo Recruitment swiftly secured a Class 2 driver position for me within a matter of days. Their communication and response to emails were exceptionally prompt and efficient. I cannot find any fault with the service I received.

Clearly we are disspointed by nature of your review and thought that it would be useful the give a little more context to your limited explanation for those that might be interested in Canugo's thoughts.
Our records show that you have only completed a single role through the Canugo platform and were paid in full for this assignment - £250.00 for a days work. Naturally we thank you for the great job you undertook for and on behalf of Canugo.
You have not completed any further roles for us.
It is possible that you are referring to another role, which our telephone records confirm you agreed to a day rate of £230.00 but decided to cancel the job two days before it was due to commence. This clearly left us in a difficult position, however another driver with similar experience snapped up the position so no damage done.
Clearly, we would welcome working with you again as we are always looking for good drivers.
Feel free to accept any of the roles distributed through the Canugo driver App.
READER PLEASE NOTE, all roles distributed through the Canugo driver App are priced upfront 'what you see is what you get!' Canugo never alters a price after a role has been completed.
