We used to use various companies to outsource our Canvas prints but we have now settled on just using Canvas101 as they have shown that they have outstanding prices and quality on ALL products they supply. Their communication is just as outstanding and whomever answers the phone is always ready to help straight away or be able to point you in the direction of someone who can - I will ALWAYS shop here from now on
I ordered from Canvas101 on Friday @ 2.30pm told them I had a University exhibition on Tuesday monrning, my goods arrived bright early Monday morning and delivery was only £5.99 on 10 foamboard. Would highly recommend
I received my goods 2 weeks late (they were due to be Christmas presents) and then they turned out to be the wrong thing! When I asked for my money to be refunded they withheld the money for delivery. When challenged on this we were referred to the T&Cs which cover them to do this even when the goods they have sent are wrong. The guy we spoke to was less than helpful - i would never deal with this company again.
