The entire experience with Canyon has been excellent. Not everything went perfectly, of course, but almost perfect and all issues that arose during and after my two bike orders have been quickly and... See more

Super beautiful bike at a really good deal, (outlet). Shopping was fast and when a part was missing, the customer service rep found a solution that was great. Good communication via email. Will definately look to canyon first when shopping for a bike in the future.
My 5th Canyon.
Great bike, good spec and features for the price. Especially in the outlet and
-10%.
Delivery as promised
However two minor good things with Canyon:
1: Now second time when purchasing a new bike that some of the assembling was not done properly. The Stam XDR hub on new Grizl was not installed correct. When you take off the rear wheel to go tubeless the cassette and hub fell off. Can fix bikes myself so able to this rep, but not ok. Very unsatisfying!
2: Canyon tends to want too much, meaning some of the accessories are not always best functionality / quality.
Overall great bikes

Bought a moderately used Canyon Strive ON. The bike was almost in perfect condition, way better than expected. The shipping was really quick and everything came with it.
Super experience!

I bought a Canyon roadlite 5 from the outlet for my 13 year old son.
He was super happy after the first ride. I tried it today and it surprised me how good the bike is. It rides well on light gravel despite having 30mm tyres. The ride on the road was simply fantastic. Highly recommend.
Easy order process but I was weary about sizing. Having an outlet in the UK that you could visit to try what size you need would be helpful. I did telephone the outlet in Surrey but they were unable to help as did not have the bike I wanted in stock. Hopefully this can be addressed for future customers.
Delivery was a ok but was delayed slightly in Germany and didn’t arrive as stated on UPS tracking App.
Bike is great quality and I have had many positive comments about it.
All in all I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Terrible Crash Replacement Experience. I was offered a 20% discount and was told this would only be applied retroactively after placing an order. No where was it implied that Outlet Bikes will not get the 20% discount bundled with the Outlet sale price due to the refurbished nature of the item. Bike was shipped out immediately the day after which also put me the customer in a bad position. Canyon was essentially able to rob me by pointing to their non-refundable policy for Outlet Bikes. Again this would not be an issue if the Customer Service rep would have communicated this clearly and concisely prior to making purchase.

Great turn around time (1.5 business days) got answering ticket. And quickly solved my problem (missing screws for outlet bike).
Very happy with final product and service.

Fast shipping, good description of bike (outlet), packing was good, no damages, arrived quite quick. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Bought a refurbished bike by mistake. Bike was on its way already but returned to Canyon without even being delivered. Money back in 1 week. Bought a new 2023 CF7 XL size and was discounted $1400. This was already a great deal at MSRP, this discount is amazing. I’m 6ft6 (2m) and always struggle with sizing reach wheel base. This bike size is a much better fit than any of my Cannondales in size XL I had (scalpel FS, Scalpel HT, FSI HT). Love the 30mm rims and lockout.

Man, I have to say this has been an awful experience ordering from Canyon. First, I don't think I got the right size. I did my measurements several times and both called and emailed Canyon support as I have never been put in this size of a bike. They had me in a size small (5'10, 140 pounds). I bought an Ultimate (high end) from the "Outlet". It was still a 5K bike. It just feels small. When I first got it, I reached out as I was concerned and completely blown off. Sorry, too bad, so sad. NO offer to help, ease my concerns, etc.
Then, I just shipped my bike to our second home and realized that I did not pack the Headset Tool. I got on with their chat and they said it was sold out. LOL. Tough luck. Recommended a shop that is an hour away. How do you not have extra tools for customers when they are proprietary parts?
Honestly, the whole experience has been awful. I'm on a new bike that is too small and now I can't even ride it until I locate this headset tool.
I was so excited to get a Canyon bike and this process has completely soured me.
I recommend going to a bike shop where you can get properly fit and get good service. The savings you get is not worth it.
This has been a rough learning lesson for me and they lost a very good customer along the way. Buyer beware!
My second Outlet Canyon (first was a Speedmax CF8 Disc) and this Endurace did not disappoint! I was planning to do America's Most Beautiful Bike Ride and didn't want to do it on a TT bike. First ride was a revelation because this bike was a dream ride with one caveat to be mentioned later. My first training ride (I was doing it with Team In Training for LLS) of 30+ miles was so much better than my SpeedMax, minus the caveat. So even to race day, longer rides while it worked me, was still a pleasure to ride because of what it had.
While the bike was great, the seat for me SUCKED! It took forever to dial it in only to get it from pain in the rump from 15min in to get it to 8 hours of riding with the soreness after. This Fizix saddle was replaced with a cheap 3d printed one and I am now riding without pain!
Extremely happy and satisfied with my purchase. At first, I was a bit disappointed that I missed out (by just one day) on a promotion for the model I wanted. The chat with a Canyon representative wasn't very helpful, as they only told me that the promotions were time-limited without specifying an exact end date. I eventually discovered the 'outlet' section on my own, where I found and purchased a bike that perfectly suits me.
I purchased an outlet ultimate FCR. I looked at all the pics and didn’t see any obvious scratches or marks. When the bike arrived I found no issues with the paint. I could see that the bike had been ridden because chainrings and cassette had grease on them and rhe wheels had tubes installed. I converted the wheels to tubeless and quickly found a fairly big cut in the tire that would not seal with sealant. I purchased a new tire and let Canyon know about it and they were very willing to reimburse me for the new tire. Can’t beat the price the bike as well. Thanks!!
Normally, I'm not a difficult customer to satisfy, but I believe Canyon is pushing things a bit too far here.
I ordered a Canyon Commuter:ON 7for €2250 (quite a sum) from the Outlet on September 6th, and it was shipped on September 9th, scheduled to arrive on September 12th – so far, so good. I unpack the box on September 15th, and to my surprise, no charger (!?!?) and no pedals. I immediately inform Canyon, and on September 17th (which is a Tuesday), I receive a message saying the necessary items are on the way. As of today (September 22nd), I have still not received anything, and I am being told that they will tentatively send the charger by the end of this week :-(
@Canyon: How can an online sales specialist like you sell electric bikes without a charger? Isn't it your core business to ensure that all the parts are in the box before shipment? How do you justify the fact that I’ve had a bike sitting in my garage for 10 days, and I haven't been able to test it yet?
In summary, a suboptimal experience and a lots of unnecessary efforts from my side on this matter

Everything with Canyon has been frictionless. This was my fifth bike I've purchased from Canyon and the first open box/outlet product. The bike, as with my previous four, arrived quickly, as-advertised, and a huge bang for my buck.
Fast shipping, great packaging. Even though I ordered a bicycle from the outlet, it was in great condition. It is also a great bicycle on itself
I bought a used Grail CF SLX from the outlet and it arrived in nearly perfect condition - it looked like it had maybe been ridden once. The assembly experience was smooth and the frame etc seems very high quality. Great component spec for the price.
Great bike and delivery! It was an outlet bike, but matched the description very well, I appreciated the fast delivery and tutorials. Great product and great experience to buy like this!

I love my new Canyon CF Ultimate SLX8. I was able to order it from the outlet at a reduced price and the quality of the frame and components relative to the price is outstanding. The sizing guidance was spot on the ordering process and related communication was excellent! We were a little apprehensive of buying an expensive bicycle on-line, but due to the ease of the process we are planning to buy a Canyon for my wife! Highly recommend Canyon!
While I have run across some minor issue locating part numbers or availability I have been overall satisfied with my Canyon purchases. Between myself and my girlfriend, we are at 5 total now between road, tri, and mtb. I have always felt as though the value is there for the price and I love the bikes. Couldn't recommend the brand more.
