As my first gravel bike, I wanted components equivalent to Shimano 105, and the Grizl delivers. The shifting is quick and crisp, and I like how the bike rides. I have put on ~150 miles per week si... See more

Ordered a demo bike from Canyon’s outlet page. Bike showed up looking brand new. The control screen was showing the bike only had 27 miles on the odometer. The Spectral On CF8 is an amazing bike in my own opinion. Suspension feels plush and very predictable. This is my first E assisted bike, the Shimano EP8 seems very solid so far. The three settings for the motor to be on is nice, but after riding almost 60 miles since I’ve received it, Eco mode is by far the best mode. Went by canyons sizing chart and I ended up at a medium frame, fits perfect for me. 10/10 would recommend canyon, and their outlet store is the best bang for your buck option out there

I‘ve had some problems with the delivered outlet bike but the service team was quick to help and very friendly!

Great company to deal with! Easy to use website. Great description of products. Great pricing (especially in the outlet section)! Super fast shipping. I have owned the bike now for a month, ridden almost every day. I love it! I have been/will highly recommend Canyon to anyone looking for a quality bike.

Have ordered an outlet bike to be delivered in March. As it did not ship - even though I was asked to pay - I reach out to Canyon. Then suddenly they updated the order status - to delayed. Okay - I am the patient type - so I waited. However, same thing happend again - no communication from Canyon. Simply have to reach out myself to get info - and THEN I am told it is delayed again... It is very difficult to take this company seriously, and have trust and confidence in that they will deliver on their promise. And then what happens if something is wrong with the bike?????

I bought through the Outlet. It had had minor blemishes, as shown in the pics. Great bike! Very pleased.

Communication was great. My bike was assembled early then it was mentioned in website, so shipped earlier. Good prices for outlet bikes. Totally recommend. I have bought 2 bikes from Canyon.

Great bike and service, I bought from the outlet with additional 10% off. I am 177cm and bought size small which fits me perfectly. When I received the bike it had for some reason been fitted with the wrong size of handlebars, though after connecting the local reps they got them changed out straight away so a big shout out to Canyon Australia for great service.

Excellent price, great components, bought from the outlet and the bike was in amazing condition. Easy to assemble. Electric shifting works well - no adjustments needed. Got way more bike for the $$$ than I would have with a competitor's brand.
Bike arrived quickly and was easy to assembly. I was skeptical of the online sizing tool however I am happy with its recommendation now that I have had a chance to ride the bike. Would also highly recommended the outlet. Couldn’t tell the bike wasn’t brand new.
Ordered a bike from the outlet. Shipping was fast but the packaging could have been a little more substantial. When I opened the box the bike was shifting around a bit. Luckily the bike wasn't damaged. I like the app that helps you keep track of your bike details. Overall I love the bike and would order another Canyon in a heartbeat.
I bought a refurbished Aeroad from Canyon's online outlet store. Actual pictures of the bike are posted for customers to inspect. After making the purchase, delivery was quick and the bike was as pictured. There was a little part missing from the shipment and Canyon was able to send the part right away.
Bought an outlet bike (Ultimate CFR) at a good price. It was nearly flawless on delivery - as advertised and better than expected. Ordering and delivery were easy and low friction. Bike rides amazingly well, looks great, and the support from Canyon (videos, manuals, tools) has been so helpful to get up and running.
I ordered Canyon Ultimate CF SLX. The bicycle itself is excellent. BUT - the specification stated that there should be 4iii power meter on the left crank, and upon delivery, I discovered that there isn't one, so I immediately filed a complaint.
I received a response that they do not have replacement cranks and that they can refund me 250 EUR. I purchased the bike specifically because of the power meter, I need it, so I will have to buy a new one, which costs at least 400 EUR (4iii for Ultegra 8100). I could have sent them the crank without PM back, I do not need it. In response to my further objections, I was told that it is an outlet bike, subjected to changes and I could return the whole bike... I did not agree with the compensation of 250 EUR only, but since I did not want to go through the process of packaging and returning the bike, I was forced to accept it.
I own four Canyon bikes (3 new and 1 second hand), but this will DEFINITELY be my last one. I hope that the 150 EUR was worth losing a customer and getting bad references.

Hello I have bought Stoic 3 from outlet with better price. The bike is working very well and with this price I would not find some better bike on market. It is my second experience at first I have full suspension bike and despite brokenig frame I was satisfied too because I receive new frame without issues so from my point of view company Canyon is reliable choice how to spent pleasant time on bike.
I had purchased my canyon through outlet category, and I am so happy with my new bike , I had an inquiry about the bike which the team has answered but honestly not that quick as one expects but they already told me that it would take time to answer my question and I think it would be great to improve your response time ! That’s all what I have to say , other than that I really Love the Bike

Bike (Grail CF SL 7 axs) was exactly what I expected. I got it from the outlet, but bike looked brand new un ridden without any noticeable flaws. This is my second canyon bike, and I enjoy it as much as my Aeroad if not even more. Super comfy ride, stock 40mm tires are plenty big enough for any gravel riding I’ve done so far in Michigan
My second Canyon road bike, this one an Aeroad. Fantastic Outlet site deal on an incredible bike. Ordered on a Wed. evening and got the bike on Saturday morning. Outlet "used" bike that looked practically brand new other than a small paint blemish on the head tube. Great customer support on my questions. Can't say enough good things about this company. Superb bikes at reasonable prices with outstanding customer service.
Easy process to selecting the bike I wanted online. I have purchased two bikes through Canyon now and both times I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The most recent purchase was from their Outlet, which is where demo-/lightly used models are sold. It gave good pictures of any blemishes on the bike and so I was pleased when it arrived by its condition. The process of putting it together has been great and so far, I am happy with my purchases. I would recommend buying a bike through Canyon.
Copying in here my review on Google. These guys have started "trading on the name", which is sad. They'd better up their customer service game, or they'll lose customers.
Very disappointing. If you sell online then your customer services should be good. Canyon’s aren’t and it isn’t as if their bikes are cheap either.
Bought an outlet bike for over CHF 4k which was delivered to me here in Switzerland. Yes, that’s right, 4k for a bike with a used group and scratches that didn’t appear on photos.
Anyway, there is a problem with the seat post bolt. After filling in an online form that requires so many unnecessary photos it can best be described as “fiddly”, I then got an automated email saying I can expect a response in 10-14 days. When I complained about this I got a reply the same day - telling me that this can’t be right and that responses take 24-48 hours. I then sent them back the screenshot you see here.
The response to this was “don’t worry, someone from the technical team will be in touch”. My initial support request was filed 6 days ago and at the moment it isn’t possible to ride the bike. I’m sorry but this is abysmal. Just employ some more people. Next time I’ll buy again from a LBS. Final indignity - paying Canyon for a cardboard box. No words…
EDIT: 17.08 finally a resolution of sorts although I now have to wait until Aug 24 to get the bike seen to at Canyon’s service partner which I’ll have to drive some distance to reach. For all this hassle - and having not been able to ride the bike for over a month - they’ve given me a lousy CHF 50 voucher when I spend over 50 at their online store. Absolute joke. Also, regarding Canyon’s response to my Google review. Why should I contact you on social channels I don’t use to resolve my issue? You should contact me ASAP. I’m the customer. Read the Peter Kosel review on Google which says it all.

Super beautiful bike at a really good deal, (outlet). Shopping was fast and when a part was missing, the customer service rep found a solution that was great. Good communication via email. Will definately look to canyon first when shopping for a bike in the future.
