Generally alright and quick to ship but the box it came in quite damaged on arrival. Few scratches on frame but was an outlet bike and discounted so I’d consider it acceptable.

Canyon Stoic is a really good bike well equipped
Fun , and feeling secure
You can climb everything et roll down like crazy , overpass any obstacle easily and ride your bike as you like...
Do not buy for cross country
Everything is perfect
except the dropper (saddle is moving a bit)
and the fact mine (from the outlet) came with a brake hose pinched

I am overall more than happy with my new Canyon bike. It rides like a dream and after every ride I am looking forward to the next one.
I had made two different orders, but they arrived on the same day as I made the payment together.
Everything was well packed up and assembly was easy and quick.
There were 2 things that could have been improved though:
1. The rear tyre was deflated when the bike arrived. When I pumped it up it held the pressure, the next day however it was deflated again, so I guess it had a slow puncture. It turned out that the tubeless sealant liquid was missing. I am not sure if this is included or not. In any case, I would expect a bike that comes basically ready-to-ride to have the sealant already in the tyre, regardless if it was forgotten this time or simply is not normally included. It was an easy fix, but one that cost time and some extra money nonetheless.
2. I got a shimano electronic shift system on the bike. One of the features that I was told about when trying out the bikes in the Canyon outlet was that I would be able to programm some buttons through the shimano app so that I can control my bike GPS through them. However, this feature is not standard and needs an extra connectivity adapter, which was not installed in this bike.
Although it did not say so explicitly that this would be included, I found that it was a lack of information nonetheless. If I had known this, I could have planned in advance to have the needed piece ready when the bike comes. Now I have to wait a few more weeks.

All in all, I am very happy with my order.

I bought a outlet-bike. Not satisfied with the test canyon did on the used bike.
No pedals, the saddle not ok, gear not adjusted and a little bit more damed than the explaining on the site.
After all the bike, when its fixed, is great.

Was looking for my first road (racing) bike, but due to the global bike scarcity right now that proved to be a challenge. After talking to the Canyon support crew, they advised me to keep an eye on the Outlet section. After just a week(!) I saw a Endurace AL 7 Disc (Stealth Black), and ordered straight away. As many of you know buying a bike during covid times is quite a challenge and you need a very long breath. I used the canyon outlet for the very first time and found a bike to my liking. The price/performance ratio in my opinion is very good in most cases. The shop is very intuitive and easy to use. I´m based in Germany and after the purchase the bike was at my home after 2 days! The packaging itself is very well thought out and safe! Everything regarding the description of the bike was exactly as it was mentioned in the offering description. Thank you Canyon-Team! Bought a Strive from the outlet, they didn't check the brakes before sending it, so there was one that was not bleed properly.
The bike came with small details that need it to be fixed, not shown in pictures.
After 200kms of biking my carbon wheel hub broke, the seat clamp broke, cheap quality, and also realize that the headset was broken and was not the original, same thing happened with the 200mm rotor, that hasn't been working properly, since is wear out.
Besides that, they
Canyon Norge haven't reply my emails or calls and after 1 month they are telling me I have to buy a headset and seat clamp, providing me with the wrong measurements of the products.
Don't spect warranty process to be fast at all or to get warranty in parts at all.

I bought my bike in the outlet as it was impossible to get it during 2021 supply crisis. The bike is great and shipment was fast and secure, too. I would have appreciated if canyon could setup the gearshift ready to go, it took me quiet some time to figure this out. Would buy again!

Purchased an Inflite CF SLX 9 from the outlet store. The bike was much better than I expected and is a great buy. I really love the ride, components, feel and looks of the bike. In fact I purchased a second Canyon for my wife.

Bike arrived on time, but without all components! I've been forced to buy at outlet since not available in new condition, I hope that all the problems are related to that. It was with light usage signs (-70€). Had to quarrel a lot in order to receive what paid for and I've not yet received everything.

I could not be happier with the customer service at Canyon. I was recommended the WMN CF 7.0 as 'the perfect bike' for be and it has been out of stock since February. Dana, my Bike Angel, took down my name and number and said if it came into stock before expected she would let me know. I have been checking the website every day, and sure enough Dana found it on the Outlet page (a place I never would have thought to check) and gave me a call instantly. I cannot wait to have my new bike in time for summer! Dana, thank you so much!!!

Recently purchased a Canyon. Customer Service was very helpful thru the process. Halfway thru the unpacking, I noticed three area's of damage on the top tube. The Bike was an outlet purchase - I reviewed the low resolution pictures of the bike online very carefully, however, there was no indication or photo's of any damage to the top tube. If a photo of the damage area was provided I would not have made the purchase. Customer Service reviewed the bike during purchase and did not notice any issues as well.

After asking for a return/credit, (I would happily purchase a new Canyon bike). My problem has been forwarded to the warranty group for review. The bike has been repacked as received waiting for direction from Canyon.

I'm hopeful there will be an efficient workable solution, since I want to stay with Canyon!

I have purchased 5 bikes from Canyon in the past 8 months. Everything has been very smooth with every purchase. The stories of difficulty assembling have not been an issue for me, in fact I rather enjoy the assembly process. I have had a couple of small issues when ordering parts, but nothing major. So why did I only give 4 stars? I grow very frustrated with looking at bikes in the outlet priced at a lower price, but when I get ready to put it in my cart, the price is several hundred dollars higher. In the last 2 weeks there was a Neuron and a Lux that I was very interested in, but the price increased $300-$400 when it was time to put it in my cart...very frustrating. Otherwise, great bikes and always friendly and helpful customer service.

I ordered a Pathlite WMN AL SL 8.0 via the outlet with a substantial discount.

The overall order experience was excellent, with the customer service team dealing with my questions very efficiently via online chat.

The delivery experience was let satisfactory, mainly because it was via UPS who seem to having a lot of issues in the UK due to Brexit & Covid, however, in the end my bike was delivered safely and within estimated the time period.

The assembly instructions could have been a bit more helpful, but luckily I had my other half who managed to assemble the bike fairly easily. However, one of the inner tubes had a puncture, which we had to repair.

I took the bike out last weekend for a test ride and it goes like a dream, with very smooth gear changes and copes very easily with uphill gradients. In short I'm very happy with the bike and would definitely consider choosing Canyon again.

In the middle of this pandemic it’s hard to find a decent bike as everything seems to be backordered. I was lucky enough to find one from Canyon Outlet with a little discount included too. The whole buying process was easy—I received the bike after a week and was able to put it together in about one hour. It’s a beautiful bike with all the features that I was looking for. Canyon has delivered and has definitely exceeded my expectations. I’m sure it will not be my last purchase from them.

I ordered from the Outlet section since the Commuter 8.0 isn’t offered anymore for 2021. It was originally priced at $1,999 but was on sale for $1,699.Very happy with my ordering and shopping experience thru Canyon.I received my new bike within one week of placing my order which during a pandemic is stellar.One caveat was that there was two chips(good size)on the side of the top tube next to the understated Canyon logo.I’m not happy about it but will have to figure out a way to touch it up and blend it in knowing that it’ll never be perfect.I wish Canyon offered touch up paint.This doesn’t take away from an excellent buying experience but maybe they should wrap the frame tubes.I think this happened before shipping because the box arrived in perfect condition.Still,a five star experience though.

Tried to cancel order after it shipped and was still in route me to but was told since it's an outlet bike , that the sale is final even if I didn't receive the item yet, or have in my possession. I informed them FedEx can just cancel the delivery and reroute back to them since it's still in california but the person on the phone said I wouldn't still get money back. When I mentioned I can go through with this my credit card, the employee said that is "stealing" and hung up on me...

I really love the quality and innovation brings with their products.... This is my second bike from Canyon and that already speaks volumes about how my last experience was. I have had a faster delivery as expected and proper online support as needed. I do however hope for some aspects to imporve in the future:
1) minor customization options: small things like saddle, cassettes and integrated cockpits should be possible to change upon order or before the delivery is made. It saves the customers great deal of effort and and money and make the bikes actually 'Ready to ride' upon delivery.
2) Wheels: Especially with SLX and CFR models, I would highly suggest that wheels should be choosen instead of a strict one option at that level. I do love the DT Swiss wheels, but when there is newer models, why not allow me to pay slightly extra to have my favorte new wheels? or at least the option to switch to the normal alloy wheels. The least it does is to have a nice training wheels and I can have my favorite racing whee purchased separatelyl, instead of having to sell deep carbon wheels at a loss.
3) My bike was from the outlet bikes, but it wasn'T stated any where why the bike is on outlet ( I assumed just the older model from last year), so please keep that clearly stated in the future.

I do very much appreciate the quality and support but I hope for some flexibility for hopefully my next Canyon.

This was pretty much the exact bike I was looking for. It wasn’t in stock like most bikes during the pandemic however I stumbled across the outlet section of the web site and surprisingly found several bikes with slight blemishes available at $100 less than retail so I pulled the trigger. I was hoping for free shipping but the shipping cost was offset by the discount for being blemished. The bike arrived quickly and was packaged extremely well. The bike was actually very simple to assemble if it weren’t the the somewhat generic instructions which try to cover to many bikes and packaging scenarios. Instructions specifically for my bike and packaging would have been nice and probably not to difficult to put together. Once I got the bike together I actually couldn’t find any blemishes. I’ve put about 50 miles on the bike and can say it rides extremely solid. My only complaint is the gears will jump on occasion while shifting and do not always make a solid shift. My old bike has an eagle SX drivetrain and I was hoping the switch to GX would eliminate those issues. Not sure that I would go with SRAM again. Overall I am pleased with the value and quality of the bike and would recommend Canyon to anyone looking for an online bike purchase.
