Never respond, don't deliver.

Initially, they were quick to respond and seemed very helpful and claimed to be able to accommodate my request. But 4 months on, they still haven't replied to one of my emails, either through their website or directly to their email address. I've asked about them making a large custom order, and no response. Yet oddly enough, they have time to edit their website and respond on social media. Extremely unprofessional, and it's companies behaving like this that causes people to outsource to India and lead to the collapse of Made in Britain.

Strange how another company based in Kharkiv that's actively being bombed has taken the time to respond and deliver the product while a company in peaceful Britain can't be bothered.
