Beware!
Beware of this company. We’ve been dealing with Josh for over 5 years, and it’s been nothing but frustration. The first time he finished our floors, the coats were too thin, leaving dry patches. We paid him again to fix it—this time he recommended oil-based. That coat looked awful, so he said it needed to be redone again with oil. The result: wrong color, swirl marks, and visible sanding gauges.
A year later, he finally agreed to come back. He sanded for maybe two hours one day, then spent the rest of the week mostly sitting in his truck—we have video to prove it. When he was inside, he barely worked. Despite confirming the schedule multiple times and planning our vacation to give him space to finish, he did almost nothing, then quit mid-job. He later claimed we fired him, even though we have multiple texts asking him to complete the work.
Bottom line: poor workmanship, unreliable, and dishonest. Proceed with caution.
