I cannot thank the staff at Capital Housing for everything they’ve done for me over the last 7 years. Especially Sylwia & Duvra for their constant support, efficiency and professionalism. All the maintenance team for all their efforts too.

This is a letting agent in London who cannot be trusted.

They refuse any communication and will not hesitate to sack you (and I measure my words here) from a property if you attempt to request maintenance or for information. They will not have any hesitation in dragging you out and making you homeless.

This is an absolutely disgraceful company which pretends offering professional services.

Despite commiting no fault, keeping my property clean, they have used an accelerated eviction order from the courts giving me 2 days to find somewhere to move into.

When I moved in, it took Capital Housing Associates Ltd 4 months to fix a severe water infiltration in the flat (the very same day I moved in it rained heavily). An agent of Capital Housing Associates Ltd gained illegal entry to the property early morning on two separate occasions using their own spare key whilst I was in bed. The electric shower heated water below 40 degree Celsius, the poor state of occupied flats above mine created a severe cockroaches and bed bugs infestation which Capital Housing Associates Ltd did not care much about.

When the government initiated the Electricity Bills Support Scheme (EBSS) I asked Capital Housing Associates Ltd to enquire with the landlord about how this would be reaching the many tenants in this House in Multiple Occupation (HMO). I never received any information except for Capital Housing Associates Ltd passing the bucket onto the owner of the property (a 29 self-contained flats block belonging to a multimillion company) and vice-versa.

If you need or require anything from Capital Housing Associates Ltd, be prepared to be sacked from the property.
