Great Service

Experienced a leak from a tap in my CHAUSSON 630. I contacted the Caravan Clinic by email. They responded within the day, they had a part in stock and effected the repair the following day.
Really nice friendly people, would have no hesitation in recommending there services.
Very competitive rates too.

The MD of Eldis contacted us to say…

The MD of Eldis contacted us to say that this firm would be the only UK firm (Over 100 miles from our home!) that would be prepared to undertake a warranty claim for our motorhome and would be in contact with us although they may not be able to do the work until February. My husband has contacted this firm on several occasions and left messages and it has taken six weeks to receive a missed call from Darren. We contacted him at lunchtime today and were told he was on the phone, we have yet to hear back from him.

Proper good old fashioned customer service…

Proper good old fashioned customer service at the highest level.
After buying a one year old caravan privately, then developing a crack to the heki skylight frame which was letting water in, we were in a bit of a pickle.
We had a van, which was under manufacturers warranty, we had paid the transfer fee, and maintained the servicing schedule, but no local dealerships were willing to submit a warranty claim "because we didn't buy the van from them".
After speaking to Margaret at "The Caravan Clinic", all our prayers were answered. Fair enough, we had to take the van from Doncaster to Gateshead for them to assess the damage, then submit a warranty claim. Then again for the repair to be carried out once the parts were delivered, but it was worth it.
We had total confidence the job would be carried out to a very high standard, and it was.
Although they don't open at weekends, the offer was made to open the gates on Saturday for me to collect so i didn't need a day off work.
I'm so impressed, i'm considering taking it there for the annual service, albeit we'll tie it up with a week on a camp site locally.
Many thanks "The Caravan Clinic", i'm sure we'll see you again.
