Upfront, the communication was the worst part. From other reviews, it seems to be the biggest thing they need to work on. Just let customers know that there is a delay, and follow up if it goes on for an extended period of time.
My item took almost a month after the original arrival date to ship, I got one response that said it would ship in a week but it took an additional month to ship. I never got a follow up until it shipped.

They also ignored my question regarding registering an account on the website. So I am unable to provide photos and a review on the site like other customers have done. Which is a shame.

For the product itself, it was mostly great. This was a gas tank cover. It fit almost perfect but there is a gap near the gas cap. I'm not sure if this serves a purpose or is intentional? But from the one review of the same piece, they don't appear to have the same gap.
Other than that there was a small spot that was discolored. I'll cover this up with a grip pad but a little bummed it doesn't look as good as another customers' order.

Edit: I noticed trustpilot says this was an umprompted review but carbon2race did prompt me for a review which I assume they do with all orders. If I make future purchases I'll update my review. Hopefully even more positive in the future.

Before placing my order, I asked about the delivery time. This was 3 weeks, so I placed my order immediately. After a month, I emailed asking about the status. No response for over a week. Then a response saying it would take another 5 working days. It ended up being a total wait of 2 months!! Today I received my order. The parts look great, but the rear fender is damaged. I contacted them immediately, but to date, I have not received a response. All in all, not a positive experience as far as I am concerned.

Biggest issue up front was lack of communication. My order took a very long time to ship and I was left in the dark for weeks without any response from a staff member on my emails.

Thankfully what I ordered did eventually ship out, arrived quickly and looked great.
I ordered a tank over, which was largely great. There is a fitment issue near the gas cap. A small gap for some reason? Everywhere else it fits snug and feels secure. Unsure if the gap serves a purpose or was a mistake.
Final issue would be there is some discoloration at one part of the cover. I'll cover this with a tank pad but did stand out to me.

Overall things went well. Mostly happy with the product, just wish communication was a bit better.

Great kwality and the carbon has a perfect fitting on the bike.

I was looking for some carbon to spice up my bike, and can assure you that these parts looks incredible!

Product is beautiful, havent installed covers yet so cannot say on the fitment. The main reason I have 4 stars instead of 5 was how long the package took to come to my doorstep. The package was delayed longer than expected. Other than that Im happy with the product.

Ordered my package 21/12, today is 2/2 and still not received my package.

Bit disappointed with the front fender/mud guard. I tightened the bolts up and it cracked at the side of the bolts. I then purchased another one from you and paid on my card. I spoke to my friend and he said he could repair the mud guard so I cancelled my order with you that was the 1st email then since then I’ve sent two more emails with no reply. Its showing on my card that the money as gone out and not come back in and I’ve not received the front fender/mud guard or anything. Other than that the quality of the other parts were fantastic. Shame really that I’ve been treated this way so from now on i,ll take my business else where never mind thank you martyn

One month delivery from order.

I had previously purchased more expensive carbon from other manufacturers only to find the carbon wasnt a good match for the OE stuff I already had fitted so was really taking a chance on yet another supplier to with hold their claims that the carbon was a good match for the OE Aprilia carbon, and I’m glad I took the chance because after receiving and fitting my swing arm covers and the fantastic all in one hugger/chainguard I was very impressed with the Factory match. Great communication with Luka and delivered within the 6 week delivery window. thank you, will definately use again.
