Yolanda is a guru of scheduling. During the first call, we had a chat about my experience level and she precisely predicted how many hours I will need to prepare and produced a list of instructors to choose from. I contacted CarCaptain on Friday, had lessons with Samir scheduled each other day starting Tuesday and I passed a car test at Mill Hill on Wednesday week after.

Samir the instructor addressed all my worries (roundabouts especially) and managed to progress me from "panic mode, the wrong side of the road" to a relaxed zero stress exam just in 5 sessions. Separate kudos for that great feeling you get when you go to a tricky junction on the exam and you have confidence of "I remember this place, I was here with the instructor and I know what to do".

I drove a car many years ago in a county where they drive on the right side of the road, I had my car theory exam passed a year ago and I never sat in a driver's seat in my 5+ years in the UK before contacting CarCaptain.

Chris is a brilliant instructor and thanks to his experience of being a past examiner he knows what he’s talking about. Very funny and friendly from day 1. Would definitely recommend to anyone of any age. I appreciate him and is someone I won’t ever forget

Carcaptain has got the best instructors ever! I have failed my practical test 2 times😪 . I wanted to give up , I thought to myself, you can never pass your test , just leave it “ this was until I saw their advert on YouTube. I had no expectations , I just wanted to give it 1 more go and see what happens, so I only booked for 7 lessons which include 2 days of lesson with the instructor and the remaining 3 hours for my test .I gave them a call and they arranged everything ( find a date for me ,and an instructor) 😌 they are very professional, they listen to you and do their very best to help! 💯. My instructor Theepa was so patient, Sweet, very nice to me and very professional . She was just the best ! . She made me believe in myself again just then I knew And said to myself I can do it ! The day of my test, I was very nervous, scared, but Theepa assured me and I just wanted to make her proud at this point . When we came back to the test centre and the examiner told me I’ve passed my test it was just unbelievable! I have passed my practical test 🥳🥳🥳 thank you so much Carcaptain , very big thank you to my instructor . I made it yes!!

Learning with Chris and Car Captain has given me an in depth guide to really gain the best experience on the road, this allowed the driving test to become that much easier as I had excellent support throughout my learning, communication was professional and I even had the opportunity to shoot and edit tutorial videos for them which can be visited on You Tube

Bala is the best instructor I've had. First time pass in 2 weeks. Explains everything easily and will practise if needed. Is very patient ! Will get you over your fears and on the road! Very recommend!

CarCaptain really done an impressive job setting me up promptly and efficiently with a test on a date of my choosing, and had arranged and organised driving lessons enough for me to pass from the first time.
Yolanda from carCapitain was behind all of this and she did an excellent job. My driving instructor was Mr. Mullack whom CarCaptain appointed, he did an excellent job with prepping me for the exam in such a short period - we did 4 hours on a weekend prior to the test and passed from the first time.

I decided to give driving a trial in London after reading positive reviews and watching Car Captain intensive course advert with lots of successes at first attempt. I enrolled and had 8hrs of driving lessons. Suprisingly, i passed my test yesterday with only one minor driving fault. I thank Bala my instructor for his commitment in seeing that my driving skills improved and finesse which he teaches, he has been Spectacular. Thank you Car Captain

Car captain is super professional and even helped me look for an earlier date. My instructor Bala is an absolutely brilliant instructor who took so much time making sure I understood everything and tailoring his instructions to how they would best suit me. He was really patient and motivating. Having had experience with other instructors I can definitely say that you can tell when someone loves their job and genuinely wants you to do well and Bala is one of those people. Passed my test on my first go thanks to him!

Wow what can I say. Finally after 20 years of trying today I finally passed my driving test.

A massive thank you to everyone at Carcaptain especially Yolanda and my Instrutor Jay.

Jay was quite simply incredible, he’s attention to detail, he’s ability to really make you get it are floor less.

I’d highly recommended anyone wanting to pass to use Carcaptain.

I had a great fast experience with Carcaptain. I had contact Carcaptain in regards to their intensive course due to my theory test expiring in March! With great customer service, Yolanda advised 9 or 11 hours after the phone assessment. I had a good instructor named Mallack who helped fix my performance and really prep me for my test with a 11 hour intensive course! I started last week Monday, Yolanda booked my test for that Saturday... AND I PASSED FIRST TIME!!! With all the help from Yolanda & Mallack I passed my test within 5 days!!!!

Carcaptain is a great service with very fast bookings for practical test!!!

They are the worst driving school. Avoid at all costs. I had a driving instructor that would turn the radio up really loud in the lessons and make calls during the lessons. He would chat on the phone for up to 15 mins during lesson time. He would also shout throughout the lessons and if I tried to ask him questions about something I didn't understand he wouldn't let me speak and shout over me by repeating what he just said and telling me to listen to him. He didn't cover everything that I needed to know within the 47 hours that I had lessons with him and the week before tried to sell me a 10 hour pack of lessons under the table and said that he'd drive me to a cash point so I can pay him and when I said no, he shouted at me saying that he is trying to help me and I won't let him help him. I told CarCaptain about all of this and they were very unhelpful and tried to get even more money out of me. Yolanda initially quoted me 30 hours and I had done 53 by that point and she basically said tough luck with the bad instructor and didn't take any responsibility for it and tried to charge me another large sum and sell me an intensive course. The whole experience felt like a massive con and a real waste of money. Avoid this driving school!!! They are just trying to take your money and don't care about the service they provide.

Absolutely brilliant service. Both from Susan in the office and my instructor Theepa. She is a calm and clear teacher and created a really encouraging learning environment. Passed on my second try and they were fab about getting it booked very soon after my first attempt. Would highly recommend!

I took intensive driving lessons (spread over 3 weeks), passed driving test 1st time and received the full driving license shortly after. I'm pleased with the overall experience. My driving instructor was Jusna - not only is she very good at providing instructions but she is also very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her!

Absolutely brilliant, passed the test first time with only 6 days intensive driving. I have 13 years of thinking to take the test, I been put off by other driving instructors whom drag you to book more and more lessons without any encouragement or plan . With Carcaptain was an amazing experience, they recommended a brilliant instructor ABDULFATAAH , the driving test was book in 10 days and I passed only with 6 days intensive driving lesson.Good price , excellent service and brilliant instructor .Highly Recommended just go for it 👍

Carcaptain has been a real eyeopener, their level of communication, professionalism, efficiency and organisation has been excellent and beyond reproach. they assign a client manager to you and that person worked exceptionally hard to ensure that everything goes to plan. Our contact was Yolanda, she was all the things that you would want from someone assigned to assist you and manage your account. The drive (Shamin) assigned to my grandson was professional, approachable and exceptional as an instructor
My grandson passed both his theory and practical within a very short space of time, thanks to the course organisation and the instructor
