My car was taken there with electrical…
My car was taken there with electrical fault, dash saying engine malfunction. Spent £450 in total first having a remapp on their recommendations, then taking it back a few weeks later because dash reading same problem.
Turns out, 8 weeks down the line, I'm still having problems, in which I have found out it would have been a simple dpf filter change to sort it out, rather than a big remapp job, and in this case, they done it to hide a problem, and now it will cost more to repair than the car is worth !!

Didn't even turn up to open their business on time
I booked my car in with them for a remap which they quoted would take half a day and to bring the car around at 9.30am. I arrived punctually to find the premises closed and locked up. I inquired at the garage next door to find out if they knew if anyone had arrived at Cardiff Remap, I was informed that they regularly don't turn up till 10.30-11am.
If that is the sort of lackadaisical attitude they have to their own business and customers then I couldn't possibly recommend them to anyone. Needless to say I drove away and will never go back.
