The tool on its own is good

The tool on its own is good. But, there is zero customer service, zero support. Nobody answer any mail.
One of the kpi doesn't work one month now and can not get any feedback why and when will work.

That it doesn't work doesn't metter, but the fact they don't inform me or answer is totally annoying.

Don’t recommend

Tried to contact CardioMood several times. Never got an answer.
I have been using CardioMood for 4 months. Data isn’t very accurate. Sometimes I got wrong data (like sleep analysis for example). Also the values for VO2 are completely wrong (my last measure stats that my VO2 max is 255…)
Battery life isn’t as announced.

Cardiomood not answering to warranty requests

I have purchased my Cardiomood bracelet in April.
Towards the end of August it stopped collecting data. From what I can see it works, allegedly it communicates with the phone app, but there is no data collected, literally NO data at all.
I have contacted support via the support option in the app that also attaches diagnostic data about my specific device, on 23 August. I repeated this step a few days later attaching some additional info.
I also contacted them via their website a week ago.
Now it's been more than 5 weeks and I've yet to receive an answer.
I am trying to see if there are any Swiss authorities I can contact or is there any level of customer protection that helps against such scams, but in the mean time I am also trying to avoid other people getting scammed so I'm putting this information out there.
Do. Not. Buy. Anything. from Cardiomood...

Whoop may be a stupid and anti-consumer business model at their prices, but if that's too expensive, trust me you can live without this datas. My garmin watch collects very similar data and it's more consistent.

p.s. Since then I sent one last try to their support through the app and miraculously they responded. They actually refunded me. I sent the device back to them so they can perhaps troubleshoot the issue and fix if it's some weird software bug. I'm still disappointed with how bad the support works but after many months I got my issue resolved which shows they are perhaps not acting in bad faith are just unprepared to run the business. Modified the review to 2 stars - I still can't recommend them but I am hoping they can improve their business to acceptable levels, because they won't be abl to grow otherwise for sure.

I was a little skeptical at first as…

I was a little skeptical at first as there was little to no information on CardioMood to be found on the web. I reached out to the company and they explained the history of the hardware and how it had been used in several studies over the past couple of years. I pulled the trigger and purchased a subscription. I found the device easy to pair and it was super comfortable for daily wear and while sleeping. Despite this, I had a few concerns about the mobile App user interface and lack of guidance. My feedback was not only acknowledged but was also implemented in short order. Not many other companies I have worked with actually listen to feedback. All in all, this is by far one of the best wearables on the market and I really look forward to watching them grow over time.
