The team at Careerroo offer excellent after sales service. The questions provided are not exactly what you will get on the day but they certainly train your mind in preparation for what you are about to embark on.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Carreero. Their aptitude test practice platform is one of the best I’ve come across, it offers a huge database of lessons and practice materials that are clearly focused on helping you reach your specific objectives. It feels structured and goal-oriented, which makes preparing much easier and more effective.

On top of that, their customer service is excellent. I had forgotten to cancel my automated subscription, but they quickly reimbursed me without any hassle. That kind of support shows they truly care about their users.

I highly recommend Carreero to anyone looking for a reliable, comprehensive, and supportive learning platform!

You don't actually get a reminder that your subscription is being renewed so that they keep taking money off you. It's a very bad policy and no different to the rest of the other companies that are irresponsible.

I used several websites to prepare for my pilot aptitude assessment, but Careerroo was by far the worst experience. The content is extremely limited and not helpful at all compared to other platforms. What’s even worse, they do not offer any refund option, which is questionable under EU law—consumers usually have a right to a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases, unless the content is fully accessed or downloaded, but this must be clearly stated upfront. Careerroo’s lack of transparency and refusal to refund is unacceptable. I regret using this site and hope it will be removed from the market. Avoid at all costs!
