Don't waste your money. When you call nobody every answers. If you leave a message, they don't call back.
We got them through our resort. We couldn't figure out how to book a flight because the website doesn't have a way to book flights. Called for assistance and they never returned the calls. Then they dropped our membership.
We were conned into buying this airfare discount service through our all-inclusive El Cid membership. Its service is too bad that El Cid has suspended the relationship with Carefree. Basically, you paid up front to get a $500 ticket per year. Use it or lose it. Carefree will do the bookings and they tend to book the cheapest fare. Only airfare, check-in luggage or meals are not included even if there is still money left. The remaining balance of the $500 is automatically forfeited. When their staff made a mistake on our return date, they refused to correct it citing that our responsibility is supposed to double check. Their customer service is unacceptable. Worst yet, there is no company address or "contact us" on their website. You don't know where to file a complaint except to deal with the same person who caused the error! It's a terrible experience.
