Immaculate experience! Purchased a Saphir Shoe Cream & Wax for my Vintage Vietnam 1966 Jungle boots. Customer service was extremely quick to respond and very helpful. Items arrived quickly, packed with care and with a hand signed thank you card. The items were perfect and produced impeccable results! Everything is top notch with Care of Carl. I ordered a jacked from C/oC that ended up to be small. Return procedure is super seamless, the company did a great job at polishing that part of the business! It is sp awesome that you can secure and reserve the same product in a different size until previously ordered product is returned. Hoverer, I played myself and ordered a new size of the same jacket before returning the other one. Support from C/oC spot on helped me to convert the exchange case to return (refund) only.
By the way, delivery is indeed pretty fast. Each order delivery took about 2 days.

Purchased a pair of two hundred pound trainers that arrived with a huge slash in the toe box....

Upon further inspection there is dust on the soles of both shoes and a pebble stuck in the heel of the undamaged item...

I'd love to hear the explanation for this...

Clearly these shoes are not only damaged, they HAVE BEEN WORN, RETURNED AND SOLD TO ME !!!!!!!

I've emailed the customer service team and I don't really care what excuse they come up with, this is honestly the most disappointing online shopping experience to date...

There's absolutely no plausable excuse for something like this, I wouldn't expect this with a pair of Nikes from Footlocker...

Waiting to entertain myself with the forthcoming excuses...

Care of Carl is world class in pretty much every aspect. Well-known brands, quick deliveries, excellent customer service.

Important though to keep feet on the ground and not go down the same route as many other premium retailers (e.g. Mr Porter) and "out premium" themselves with too difficult and too expensive offerings.

I've ordered multiple times now. The parcels are always sent out very quickly.

I had to returned my last order because both product where too large for me. Somehow DHL managed to lose the package but Care of Carl immediately refund the order.

This was the first time I ordered from here, but, due to some disarrangement with postnord (wrong address in my profile) they packaged ordered 8 days ago and still not received it

Super fast delivery in my experience either to the mailbox or postombud. Returns are also quickly handled with no fuss.
