The company responded immediately to my somewhat vague question about an article I had previously read on their website but now could not find. Not only did they find and send me the article I was looking for, but added another one that would also be relevant, that I wasn't aware of.

I ordered some hair serum from this site recently. It was fairly priced and came in quickly. I will definitely be ordering from them again

There is also a search by skin condition section which is very useful for finding and trying out new products. There is a wide choice of products. Delivery is very fast. Overall a very reliable service.

I just want to share my overall experience with Care to Beauty, especially after a recent shipping issue that became quite stressful.

This was my second time ordering from them. My first order went very smoothly, which is one of the reasons I felt confident placing another, much larger order. Unfortunately, this time my package encountered a customs issue with FedEx Philippines, and the required documentation could not be provided. For a while, I was genuinely worried that I might not receive the products at all.

What really stood out to me, though, was how Care to Beauty handled the situation. They stayed responsive, communicated with FedEx, worked on the return process, and ultimately arranged to **reship my order via UPS at their expense** once the return was confirmed.

A very special shoutout to Madalena for being incredibly patient, kind, reassuring, and professional throughout the entire process. She handled all of my questions and concerns with so much understanding, even when I was already anxious and frustrated about the shipment. Her communication made such a huge difference and gave me confidence that the issue was being taken seriously.

Customer service really shows its value when something goes wrong, and this experience made me appreciate Care to Beauty even more. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Madalena, for going above and beyond to help resolve everything. 💛

product is fine, but I didn’t know it was located in Spain and sent to Hong Kong, the logistics took too long. When it got here, I didn’t need it anymore.
