They send me unsolicited low ball offers for my vehicle. It is insulting and pathetic. The morons who work there won't stop even after talking on the phone. I unsubscribed, threatened legal action, and sent a sworn statement to the state business license department. Another trash company aimed at leaching the middle class dry, with manipulation and barely legal tricks.

The actual rating should be a zero. I ordered the report and $39.99 was deducted from my account. I have received no report and followed the prompts as requested. There is no "customer service". You send an email and there is no response whatsoever. There is no phone number to make contact with.

Ask for Brandon Hayes at Rick Hendrix Chevrolet in Buford Ga. Brandon was very attentive and and easy going.
My experience was over the top I will definitely be telling all my friends and family to go see Brandon Hayes for their next automobile purchase your want leave unhappy!

Very disappointed I payed for a service which one didn’t help me , Carfax was saying one owner , the owner of the car saying his the second owner , I email carfax they respond back trust the owner , so why did a buy a carfax for $65 ? I want my money back

Carfax put a report of damage, and airbag deployment. Buy was not given these facts at time of purchase, and when you ask Carfax where the report comes from, they say it is anonymous. They want the buyer to provide a repair bill, however they buyer can not as they do not know anything about it. They will not provide any information regarding the report, even who did the repair. Then when you want to participate in the survey after they call they transfer you to voice mail. Shady business, and nothing but lies. They have nothing to prove anything happened to the vehicle, but yet report false information. Provide no information to help the buyer.

Which start from high to low no doubt
As opposed to what you wanted to check out
Furthermore you'll have to fill out your info giving them permission to be contacted
But never did you see what you wanted, given you were distracted
With what they wanted you to see without any thought to how you reacted

False accident reports on my CARFAX. Know after 1 month of trying to deal with customer service they want me to spend more time and money getting letters from my insurance company. What a complete scam.

I purchased a $40 report that I never received. It's been over 24 hours and I have not heard from their team. No phone number to call or no response to disputes.

Looking to buy a car and came across their website. Well, their site is very controlling and takes control of my browser. They will not let you exit from their site without closing the entire browser and starting a fresh search from scratch. Booooo!

This is the first time I am using carfax. I paid them $59.99 and they could not give me any report. There is no one to call, nobody to chat with online, no response to my email. These guys are the worst. Just make sure you refund my money

Carfax is a scam! Some service is recorded some not. I just ran a carfax report to sell my car, and I saw there is a damaged showing up on my record. But it doesn't show what the damage is or who reported it. Honest to God, there was never a damage on my car, I emailed them to fix this error, and they've been absolutely useless and cost me so much time to deal with them and go no where. As I have no idea what that damage is about they are telling me to show a proof that there was no damage. How am I supposed to prove you something that didn't happen?

I am so frustrated! As this is my personal data, I requested my report with no hidden information on - if they don't collaborate I am going to sue these scammers!

As much as it is a good idea to have this report - today they lost all credibility with me. I rather take the car and spend $200 and do a thorough pre purchase inspection then rely on this scammers incorrect report.

I was trying to buy a new car and trade in my old one. CarFax had incorrect info on my report which stopped the deal from happening. I filed a dispute on Monday with CarFax and they said I would hear from them in 24 hours but as of Friday they have not corrected the issue and have not responded to any of my attempts to contact them.

Really small amount of information compared to competitors. I recommed spending your money on some other report.

Payed money for report, did not receive it. Support refunded my money after 2 days, but i had to wait and use other report website.

Caught them in multiple lies, refused to admit they made a mistake. They don't "investigate" anything they are terrible.

My brother in law bought a vehicle from SBC motors in Barberton Ohio and we’re giving them 5 stars for friendliness, honesty and fair pricing. They actually gave him more for his trade in than what he was asking. Would not hesitate to contact them when I’m looking for another vehicle thanks again

Presidential Auto and leasing in Delray Beach is absolutely fabulous, if you want you’re car done properly the first time without anything else breaking, take it there. I’ve been taking my car is there for over 20 years never had a problem, no need to mention other names but I have a warranty at another place for a back up warranty with Presidential and I am waiting to fix that one certain thing on my car for six months until my warranty with them kicks in, if I move let’s say 40 miles away I would rather have my car Towed there then have anybody else touch my car, I’m talking about even putting in simple wiper fluid and changing tires I will never trust any other car dealership ever again I have been had too many times and Presidential is always the ones to fix it and it ends up costing me more than if I just would’ve taken my car there in the first place, I knew it, I went against my gut feeling and I was right. Presidential is the VERY BEST, BEST, BEST!!!! Not only that but everyone is so friendly it’s amazing, I can tell you from experience I have never gotten the type of honesty and friendliness anywhere else and believe me I’ve been to several places, I even have a warranty at a different place and I have six months left until it’s done and then I have a warranty through Presidential and I’m waiting for that six months to go through so I can finally get my car fixed the proper way without having any other issues. They do it with a smile and they are genuine and I’ve never had a bad experience there ever in my life and it’s been more than 20 years actually, God bless Presidential
