Worst company

The worst company ever. They should get closed down. A joke for customers

I stayed on the phone more than 3 hours over 2 days and no one answered. The program they have on the site for a pick-up point is wrong and I went to that point for nothing. Second time, when I succeded to find that small shop opened, the box-machine/vending wasn’t working and again money and time wasted. So avoid Cargus!

Unlike most delivery companies, they are unable to perform the simplest of tasks like checking for the right address. The call center is pretty much useless and the drivers are rude. A star is too much.

so i made an order a week ago
still nothing, the parcel is still in Ilfov county in the storeware. it s also shipped from Altex a big company.
should have been here already 5 days ago when they send me an email
tried for 2 days to get in touch with them , nothing. after 20 mij the line drops and also emails nobody answers, not to speak about the chat... if u are not 2 hours with your phone in ur hand, u are losing your turn
eventually tried "to make an order " and finally someone answered.. after 2 minutes.. wow
when i told her the problem she was very quiet... and told me that she doesn t know what happed but the package is still ij ilfov.. 200km away . let s see the story after this..

not to speak about the fact that in the past years i received broken packages, lost packages, wrong packages with other people names on them - good that i checked, or even 2-3 weeks delay.
just don t do any bussines with them , order from somewhere else

In romania terrible online services, how to choose to destination doesnt let you to do anything, and drive you to the real map, and after, what ?????

Sell the company and leave someone better to do the job!

So, I ordered a very small product on Laptop direct. ro, i followed the status of the parcel. I checked several times to see whether the address was the good one. Nobody rung my doorbell, the parcel was redirected to a ship & go point nearby. However, the door of my building was open on the time when they should have delivered it. I mentioned the floor, the apartment. I think I understand what happens. I think this company pretends to be a door-to-door delivery company but in fact, it is pure BS. So, if you order from company that only use Cargus as delivery option, look for another company, otherwise you will waste your time.
For your information, my parcel was redirected to a Ship & Go point but I was not able to withdraw the parcel because I didn't have the PIN code. I didn't have a Romanian phone number and so, I didn't receive the PIN code. The lady didn't let me take the parcel even if I showed my passport and the AWB number of the parcel.
It is really really bad.
Then, I contacted cargus customer support via their chat interface, but for sure I had no answer.

Terribly lazy drivers, stopping 3 streets away from the delivery address and expecting you to run in 2 minutes to pick it up, otherwise they go away. They customer support is also a joke, refusing to take a complaint even if you have proof.

Everytime i know my package is coming with urgent cargus i want to be sucked back into the earth. I could be in a wheel chair and the driver will make up some pathetic excuse for he is too lazy to get out of the car because "he just started the shift". It's been years and he still has the same excuses i swear.

It's the 3rd time i waited 2 days in a row for them to come and pick up my package. I also lost 30 minutes again with their useless customer service via chat this time. I only got the same standard answers, and no real solution. I canceled my order and never want to hear about this company again! This company is a scam and i hope it won't exist for too long!

Miserable customer service. Very little help. I also lied to about being called back so that I could get help, which never happened.

One thing that puzzles me is how this company is still on the market, picking up packages from reputable companies like DHL.

A job of a delivery company is to deliver a package. My package is stuck in a shop and I can't pick it up without providing a PIN number that was never sent to me. I'm there, next to the package, on the phone with Cargus helpline. Nobody is helping with picking up the package and instead, I'm told that they need to drive it around the city a little bit before I can (maybe) pick it up.

Ridiculous.

They deliver at random hours, and dont listen when you tell them certain hours you will be available.

This company does not respect its customers. High costs and the packages never get delivered on SLA.

Their customer care team are unprepared and have no skills in dealing with bad experiences or general queries.

It's led to having to cancel my entire order.

No notifications or contact and lying about trying to deliver.

After getting notified today that Cargus would deliver my package, I waited the whole day, and at 18:13 I got an email that the delivery attempt was "unsuccessful"!

No phone call or SMS received whatsoever.

And I am invited to pick up the package myself from Magurele!!

It is clear they made no attempt to deliver at all!

I tried to call their customer service, and after waiting for half an hour, I was cut off.

I cannot understand how such a company can stay in business!!

The worst customer service I have ever met. They notified me via e-mail that my delivery arrived at the address,thing which didn't happened. I contacted them by chat, they said a reclamation was registered and I will be contacted by email with an answer. Unfortunatelly this didn't help me as I needed the products as soon as posible. I didn't have time to ask for more details because your colleague closed The chat saying that she did everything. Then I called customer service repeating The same problem, more than that, The agent was arguing with me and she hung up The call. From my point of view this is not a professional attitude and OF course this is not the way to treat your customers. It's impossible to understand how such a big company can send incorrect information about delivery and also that customer service cannot help you to fix this right away, not to wait until next Day.

Update- Delivery was done but it's still unacceptable that customer service cannot help you with more details. Also their attitude is not oriented to the customer's needs.
