Brilliant service from the 3 lovely very helpful people who own this company. Would highly recommend and not hesitate to use them again in Newquay. We felt valued as customers. Thank you.

This company over promises and under delivers. They have ruined a short break in Cornwall by not being able to accommodate a train cancellation and the resulting 90 minute delay in arrival time at the station where the vehicle was booked for collection. Their website does not indicate that they cannot/will not cope with minor train delays and the attitude of the company proprietor was both unhelpful and unpleasant.

Brilliant experience with this company. Really great service from Alan who met us at our hotel and even gave us a lift back there when we returned the car.
Alan is so helpful and has great local knowledge. Prices are very reasonable and they make everything so easy. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend this family run company. A professional, helpful and friendly service, with many years experience working in the industry. No CDW or hidden costs with a maximum excess of £100...you can't say fairer than that. They were flexible when our plans changed slightly which we really appreciated. The Nissan Note car was about 5 years old, in good working order and I felt much more relaxed driving a slightly older car round some of the smaller roads in Cornwall, than a new car. I would definitely use this company again, in fact, I wouldn't bother looking at any other companies. Keep up the good work Alan, Linda and Callum. With grateful thanks, Christine

It was okay, and drop-off and pick-up were bonuses. However, that is their only USP, and I would have sacrificed the pickup/drop-off for a newer vehicle.

The cars are extremely old, 15 years old in my case and didn't come with anything you'd usually expect with a rental.

I was on a long journey; carplay, Bluetooth, and a few gadgets would have been welcome.

I would understand if this were significantly cheaper than new vehicles offered by other companies, but it really isn't that much cheaper.

Holidaymakers are the target market, but still, not being able to connect to your phone is still about crap!

You can use adapters, sure, and find a way around it. The staff is friendly and helpful; they got me out of a hole.

But still, I was disappointed with the standard of the vehicle for the price I paid.

If I had a 10-day rental, I could have purchased the same vehicle.

I used Cornwall car hire August 2023 because my flight arrived in Newquay on a Sunday when the well-known companies do not offer a service. I was very pleased with both the car and the helpfulness of the staff. All went well - no problems or issues. Yes I would use this company again any day of the week

Great family company. Brilliant communication, took our several schedule changes in their stride, and were at the airport at 7 o'clock on a Sunday morning to meet us. Lovely little car for Cornish lanes. Highly recommended.

Alan was brilliant, promptly replied to my emails, met us at the airport . Great little car that took us all around Cornwall two weeks ago. The vehicle was immaculate, great little runner. Costs were exceptionally reasonable. Will definitely be using Alan and the team next year

Please try Cornwall care hire At Newquay Airport for car hire. Local firm who go the extra mile for customers and much cheaper than Europcar and Herz.
Less hassle and cars are up to date and clean.

Alan and Callum were so helpful and friendly. I had a great time driving around Cornwall in a lovely little Nissan of theirs. Very reasonably priced, lovely friendly company- will definitely be a return customer.

Outstanding experience with this car rental company. Alan arranged to meet us at the train station which was a huge help after 24 hours of travel from Canada. The car was in excellent shape, and the minor scratches meant that we could relax (somewhat!) driving the narrow Cornish roads. Alan answered many questions beforehand that really helped put me at ease with all the logistics of travel and connecting. The price was excellent and I appreciated the trust extended to let us leave the car at the train station early in the morning allowing us to easily make our transfer to the next leg of the journey.
