Caring crate took 2 months to send the first package of a 3-month subscription. After reaching out on social media and email with no response the first package finally came. Packages are supposed to be sent out the week of the 20th landing on each month. This month October, a shipping label was finally made on the 29th with three emails stating the product has shipped when you click on track package only the shipping labels have been printed. This company is awful to deal with I'll be cancelling my subscription.
I had an absolutely horrible experience with his company. I subscribed to a three months subscription and paid over $150. I did not receive a single box from the subscription and wasn't able to contact anybody from the company for months. I was finally in contact with someone named Janelle Martel who seems to be the owner operator of the company. She said she would refund me my money and even sent me a receipt showing the money was refunded. However I have not received any refund on my credit card after over a month of waiting... I think the receipt was fake. She said she would send proof of the refund again but then she never did. I have e-mailed her multiple times and not gotten a response. I feel like I have been ripped off and lied to. One thing for sure is she's very bad at running a company. I feel Caring crate is a rip-off and I do not recommend it - they do not care! Janelle Martel doesn't seem care!!!! I think Caring-Crate.com is a scam!!!!
