Absolutely crap. Most of the time it is not working. No online chat or support, no phone line to sort things out. Scam.

This product does what it promises and has excellent customer service to answer any questions or concerns
I have 2 of these units installed on my cars and they are fantastic
The install could not be easier and the peace of mind is well worth the low monitoring fee

CarLock has been a game changer for my SRT Durango. Real-time alerts, peace of mind, and super easy to use. It’s like having a security system in my pocket.

I really love the product, it gives me a piece of mind, if nothing else, a second defense. But honestly I just can’t thank the people in Carlocks technical support enough. I had a glitch with my device, and from the time I notified them until the problem was resolved, they never, not once, just left me in the dark. I feel and felt, that they genuinely cared and were dedicated to finding a solution, and they did. I trust my device, and definitely know that tech has my back, thank all of you so much 🙏

Works well and easy to install. Convenient tracking and security. Gives peace of mind when leaving your vehicle.

Paid for a subscription. Then device wasn't working. They said they could send a new sim card out for the device, which was no use. I bought the subscription as I needed it to work there and then as was away from home. I asked for a refund and they refused to refund me. Waste of money and time. Terrible service. Will not be using again or recommending to anyone.

Well after a 'battle' to install this Tracker (I have had others) I was just about to 'THROW IN THE TOWEL' and 'get my money back' when their support came to the resue and PATIENTLY guided me through the installation which is rather 'involved' but well worth the time spent. Its no fun being a 'Senior Citizen' with a decaying brain but PERSEVERANCE from their support paid off, and 'oh boy' what a tracker this is I am just AMAZED.

I notice lots of Zero reviews on Trustpilot I truly may have been one of them but I'm so pleased I'm not. It is such a versatile protection and rather more than I expected thank you Carlock, I must add, your Support is OUTSTANDING well done.

Absolute scam.

Reduced the service, increased the price. Introduced artificial restrictions, and took away features that previously the same subscription had to force you into a different package.

You can't cancel the subscription, it's completely misleading. Cancel subscription button only pauses the subscription, that they charge you for.
You can't change you card details in the application

Vibration and Tag - This is a great idea, but poorly executed. There are so many false alerts that it kind of dilutes the product value. This is because you cannot trust it to give you just true alerts in between the plethora of false ones. I receive alerts all through the day and night, and it just becomes annoying. So much so that you end up disarming it, which makes it useless. I wish I could be more positive about this product, but I cannot.

I have had my CarLock device for about three years now and I have been very impressed with it I also have a tag a vibration sensor no issues whatsoever 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely rubbish always freezing !! Customer service are rubbish couldn't do anything to help so £35 down the drain !! Best look elsewhere for better device

I recently purchased a Carlock Tracker for my new car I was a little unsure at first about if it would be up to scratch with what i wanted so took advantage of the free trial after that I was sold on it I get notifications for everything it is better than I first thought it would be the service you get from them if you want any questions is first class I have bo issues with recommending this company for a Tracker I would certanly use again and can highly recommend I have the key Fob as well for isolating the tracker when approaching the Car as well as the Vibration sensors and everything works perfectly fantastic.

This carlock is a waste of money. Apart from the alarm going off at all times of the day and night it doesn't even know where I parked my car. Save yourself grief and don't buy one. If it was free I would still complain but they have the audacity to charge a monthly fee for it.

This is nothing more than £50 alarm clock constantly faulty and giving you false alarms, brought one for my BMW and it’s nothing more than an alarm clock waking you up at 2am, 4am and again at 6am and alerting you throughout the day when parked up with more false alarms,
Car Lock won’t deal with your complaint because they know it’s faulty,
Be warned and don’t buy one there rubbish

Over the last 5 years I have tested many GPS trackers and opted for Carlock for the following reasons.
Play and play installation, well designed App and only $9.95/month to know where my car had been and is.
I now have another good reason to stay with Carlock. I recently changed my cars and decided to use my old tracking devices but found that the Sim card had expired. After speaking with Meg (customer service) a new Sim was on the way. A few days later it arrived but I still had an error, so Meg shipped out a new unit. No cost.
This type of customer service will keep me using Carlock for all my cars.
