Even after the so called recipe overhaul its still the worst tasting lager in the world!! I think the Danes should stick to producing bacon!!! As they clearly are incapable of producing a decent beer!... See more
Carlsberg is my favourite brand of beer, always fitting for those hot days or BBQs with friends. The distinct flavour is really unique and it's just so refreshing. A must try for everyone.
Just opened my first can of the "new" Carlberg Danish Pilsner 3.4%. It was completely devoid of any detectable flavour whatsoever and is now not an enjoyable experience. In the past I have regularly... See more

Hurray!!! No more plastic wrapping
About bloody time that they have done something about the plastic wrapping. For a country that prides it's green footprint the amount of plastic blowing around in Denmark is disgraceful. I'm glad to see Carlsberg have done something about their plastic contribution (even if it is old tech). Perhaps use the cardboard on the larger packs as well?
The "new" 3.4% Carlsberg Pilsner is completely tasteless
Just opened my first can of the "new" Carlberg Danish Pilsner 3.4%. It was completely devoid of any detectable flavour whatsoever and is now not an enjoyable experience. In the past I have regularly purchased and enjoyed the 3.8% recipe. I will not be buying it again.

I had cause to contact customer service and found their reply frankly rude and condescending. Would've given zero stars if I could
3.8 was quite OK for me.
3.8 was quite OK for me.
However, with it down to 3.4 it is rubbish.
The bit taste there was, is now gone.
Will not buy 3.4 again.
Shame.
Carlsberg "Probably the best lager in…
Carlsberg "Probably the best lager in the world" Never was and now to cut costs dropped strength so now "Probably the best gnats p*** in the world at just 3.4%.
Not worth buying. Go for a decent lager.
I will never buy Carlsberg beer again…

Stop immediately you activities in Russia.

Putins sponsor!
I have always drunk Carlsberg
I have always drunk Carlsberg, but I cannot support a company that continue to operate and thereby support Russia. I have changed to Heineken.
Poor beer
Poor beer, poor ethics. Go for something else, there is plenty!
Money talks!
Just felt I had to write a review on…
Just felt I had to write a review on customer service regarding a complaint about a large wasp found in a Holsten can. After almost swallowing the offending item straight from the can an offer of 2x £2.50 vouchers was sent. And was as good as called a liar saying this item could not have possibly been in the can. Not what I would call a generous offer very poor
Way too much hate
As a proud beer drinker and traveler, i must admit that Carlsberg is actually one of the best tasting beers i've had in my years of visiting other countries.
Possibly the worst beer supplier...
As 'David' says in his review this has to be the WORST supplier to deal with - and by the way I'm just talking about Carlsberg UK, not the company globally. They have become an office joke here for their inability to follow instructions, deliver late, deliver damaged, deliver faulty, not answer emails, and offer appalling customer service (unless you are lucky enough to get the right person - there are SOME good people working there). Some of the problems stem from their delivery partner Trade Team who deserve a scathing review all of their own. But clearly this is a business that needs to take a long hard look at itself. Avoid working with them if you can!
Decent beer
Having tried many beers around the world, Carlsberg is just your default beer. Decent taste, tad pricy, but not terrible.
Really bad
The danish clearly are not good at producing beer. Leave it to the pros.
Sponsors the corruption in the Premier…
Sponsors the corruption in the Premier League. Tastes cheap and nasty.
What an absolutely shameful company
What an absolutely shameful company. The rep is rude, they constantly hike prices up, fail to correct their mistakes, mess up deliveries and refuse to rectify their mistakes and offer appalling customer service. Anyone considering using them, you have been warned.
