Not much help from Carlsboro
I have played a Carlsboro electronic kit for about 8 years. it's not a 'top of the range' product but performs very well and has been used at some major venues.
Recently it has started to behave erratically and I wanted to update the firmware and, if possible, talk through the problem with a technician. So dropped them an eMail. No reply at all.
What is the point of adding a customer service email address to your website if you have no intention of helping? This is only the second time I have contacted them over 8 years. The first time was exactly the same and getting help was like getting blood out of a stone. I feel certain they would be all over me like a rash if I was interested in a purchase.
