25/9/19 This company entered into Administration on 5 September 2013. Wish i had known that before ordering.
Be warned - you will never hear from them if you have a problem
Placed an order for premium rubber mats, got cheaper carpet mats delivered. No contact phone number and no reply to first email, getting a bit worried.
Hopefully this will get sorted
I ordered mats for a NEXT DAY PRIORITY delivery.
It’s now been 3 days and nothing.
No delivery. No response from the seller.
Their email is not responding.
Very very poor service.
This is a scam company.
I wish I could have given a figure of MINUS 10, and its my fault, I should have done more research on the reviews before ordering.
It has been 4 weeks now since placing an order, nothing from them, no car mats, have sent emails but no action, have now had to advise I want refund otherwise will contact credit card company and other bodies for further investigation into company.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY..
Initially ordered certain mats as they didn’t show the style I wanted for my vehicle on the website, but then found some others that were closer to what I was looking for on their website, so I quickly emailed them to ask if they could change the order for me and the owner promptly responded telling me they could make them however I wanted them.
I then sent a screenshot of the mats they had listed which I liked, but the style wasn’t available for my vehicle, and he said they would be more than happy to do that for me.
For the record, I wanted all black mats with black trim, and a red S Line logo in the middle for the Audi A3 8P.
In regards to other reviews I have seen saying they struggled to get a response from them regarding their mats and delivery, I never had this issue and always got a fairly prompt response.
I can’t recommend these enough based on my experience.
Very long wait for delivery. Ordered twice from them. First for Fiat 500 mats. Delivery promised 5-7 days. Sent confirmation email same day then waited 5 weeks for delivery. Thought it might be a one off but the same thing happened when I ordered Honda Civic mats.
Mats aren't the best quality but you get what you pay for (£25)
