Was not happy with the look or maybe the quality. Customer service was fine but went to return and shipping from WA state is $93 at customers expense. Make sure you're
100% sure u want them because it's not worth returning if you're not satisfied.

Don’t buy these!! They don’t fit, customer service is a joke, and if you want to return them you’re on the hook to ship to Denmark. It’s a scam

First of all, I did not smell the toxic order that comes with cheap materials. Design must be computerized because it was exact with added coverage on the front side and rear. There’s no way your car floor get dirty if you use these. The design is excellent. It’s waterproof.I will definitely recommend this product.

I ordered custom fit mats for both the front and back floors of my new truck. When I received them, there was no ‘custom’ about them. I could not make them work no matter what I did. They were just too big. Reached out to Custom Car Mats who asked for pictures. Sent pictures. They said I would have to pay to return them to get a refund. I foolishly did. Spent $90 to ship and just over 45 days later the package is returned to me as “unclaimed”. I sent it to the address they gave me and they NEVER CLAIMED IT!! Now they won’t answer my emails. Way too late to have my credit card help. Stay away from this unethical, Lying, stealing company!!

Great look and extremely easy to install. Have had many compliments on the look of my mats.

The company is easy to work with when I had to update my car description and maintained updates on the progress of my order and timing of delivery

I had a great experience with Car Mats. I have ordered 2 sets of car mats. The first one came in fit perfectly. I ordered a set for my husbands truck. Had a problem were they didn't fit properly. Car Mats took care of the problem and sent me new ones at no cost to me. I strongly recommend them.

Amazing fit, truly custom for my car, and awesome pattern! They really feel very durable and will wipe away clean! I absolutely love them!

Ordered custom matts for a 2026 Honda Pilot. Custom is a lie, they do not fit in properly. Check box and paid extra to get the third row but only received front and back. Asked them if they sent the wrong matts and I was missing third row. They responed to me to alter the matts by cutting them when they are not solid rubber or plastic matts, removing the edging sewing around the matts. Than told me to remove the plastic covers, center counsel and door trim covers and make it fit. Than tell me to use velvcro. Where is the 3rd row seat matt I paid for?
Have asked for refund for 3 weeks, kept giving me the run around. Contacted Pay Pal to see if they can get my refund.
These are not Custom floor Matts. They are universal and are not made to fit your vehicle. Don't waste your money here. Just go to Wal Mart. There you get what you pay for.

This outfit is awful. We spent hundreds of dollars for our vehicle on the full trunk liner kit. They only had one "Model" or configuration for it.

Half of the mats do not fit and after 8 months trying to get support to fix this issue, all I get in response is "I've reached out to our engineers" and no follow up, no resolution, and this is after at least 10 follow up emails over the course of 3-4 months. If you want to throw money away, this is a great option.

The ordering process was straightforward, the items delivered on schedule, and the product offers an excellent value. The mats are of high quality, fit precisely, and look great!

I ordered custom car mats for my 2026 Honda Ridgeline from this company on December 11, 2025. They arrived on January 7, 2026, but were not custom-fitted whatsoever—the driver’s side was entirely incorrect, the passenger side didn’t match, and the backseat mats were completely wrong for my vehicle.
I sent photos to the company, and they shipped a replacement set. Unfortunately, the second order was just as inaccurate which was received February 13, 2026.
At that point, after sending photos again of the incorrect matching, I requested a full refund on the same day as February 13, 2026. They promised to respond within two days after consulting their design team. After repeated requests for a full refund…as of February 24, 2026, I’ve heard nothing and I am being completely ignored.

This company is very disreputable and should be avoided. I ordered the mats and it took many weeks more to receive them. When they arrived, it was clear they were not as adverstised. I requested my money back on the $580 charge. They said I could return on my own dime and that I agreed to that in the purchase. The cheapest route on UPS was $680. I called and said I will pay a reasonable charge. They said it's on you. I called Citi to refute the charge and it was permentatly credited back to my account. These guys are criminals.

I like using car mats custom because of what they offer on their site is exactly what I got I recently just purchased a new car and I wanted to protect the inside the floors and the mat does just that it's covers everything i love that now I can step in and out of my car and not worry about messing up the floors it is very easy to clean just as they described in the video on their site I just get me a wet or dry towel and just wipe it clean I also love that perfect

Hand quality stitching, looks beautiful in a Porsche and really brightens up the interior. I can't wait until the rear floor mats come in. Highly reckoned to anyone doing some serious shopping for high quality floor mats.
