I am so happy I found this company. I have been ordering from them for almost 2 years, and love the fit, the prints and the styles of the dresses. My style has completely changed since I started wearing their dresses and there is a design for everyone!!! They really help me express myself the way i want to.
The fabric is soft and comfortable to wear all day, and their sports leggings (called actives) are perfect for chasing after my little one round a soft play. I really like the little triangle pocket on then as its perfect for storing my phone while doing this, and they don't fall or slip down at all.
It's true that their customer service could be improved, but I have only really had a problem with this once, every other time I have received a response in a timely manner. There have also been issues in the past with delays to products shipping out due to holds up in production, but they have taken steps to dramatically improve this and are now a lot more reliable.
I hope this honest feedback from a genuine repeat customer helps others.

I’ve been a customer now for quite some years it’s an absolute addiction once you start you don’t stop and before you know it you will be like me with more dresses and leggings than you can wear. The hardest part is choosing which to wear so many amazing designs!

Beware: The owner is asking for reviews having only noticed the poor rating on here and is offering a monetary incentive on the CDR fb page -what a deceitful and disgraceful way to conduct business!!

She’s saying a lot of the poor reviews are fake -this is a total lie and she knows it!! Everyone who is HONEST knows the customer service is dismal in the extreme!! People would just not want to leave their real name cos they get blocked for the slightest criticism. I’ve withheld my own email here as l’ll be lynched. But I’ve bought many designs and any queries were like drawing teeth to get resolved and only due to dogged determination on my part.

It’s all about churning out new designs and devil may care about after sales customer service. Prices are always increasing and no discounts ever offered unless you buy 2 first!

She’ll get the good reviews she is pitching for cos there’s a click who are up her behind but is all bs. I honestly don’t know how they have been allowed to continue to trade online -but as the old saying goes -every dog has its day!! Shame as the product is a winner but the owner is a money grabber

I have been buying dresses and leggings from carolina dress room for a few years now. The quality of the clothing is incredible and so comfy. It allows me to express my personality through my clothing with the amazing designs they have. There really is something for everyone and the team often ask the customers online which designs and styles we would like to see.
I've had one occasion where there was an issue with a dress I had pre ordered and although they got back to me quickly on Facebook when i sent an enquiry, unfortunately i didn't recieve the dress I had preordered on that occasion but did get my refund quickly.
I reccomend this site if like me you love to express yourself through your clothing.

I’m a many times returning customer. the products are great with some quirky fun and playful designs that come in a range of styles, all in nice fabric. I feel that items are well priced and they often have discounts or offers on.

As a small company they do have some limitations, in that sometimes delivery can be a little slower, or they do run out of some designs very quickly, but for me this isn’t even really an issue, makes me more excited when I do get the items. I’ve had a few reasons to contact customer services in a few of many orders and these are usually resolved quickly, again I always bear in mind that they are a smaller buisness.

Overall I love the products from the site and the community from Facebook group. The only problem I have is that I keep buying them.

Absolutely love everything I have ordered through Carolina Dress Rooms and their sister site Miss Society. Great communication and I have really loved the 'lives' on Miss Society which have given me some real bargains. After trying a few different dress styles over the last couple of years, I have now found two which are great for my bodyshape. The fit of the Rizzo and Sandy dresses are perfect for me (size 16 with a large bust) and there are some amazing prints. I also love the leggings and capris! I have never had any issues with deliveries or customer service and have always found my questions answered quickly. Highly recommended!

These ladies do an amazing job getting orders out. They are a small but growing team and this leads to delays, given time the orders do make it to our doors. The leggings are amazing. I love the side pockets, phone, keys, dog treats, tissues all fit, some how. I don’t get involved in the lucky dips. I like to know what I’m getting and swapping things I don’t like, well life is too short. I have about 30 leggings and keep an eye out for designs I like. Only ever ordered from these guys on the webpage. It’s very easy to pay and any issues have always been resolved.

Been directed to the website through word of mouth and seeing fabulous fabrics on frocks in photos shared for people with like minded tastes & styles. Saying that though I feel there are so many style and genra of fabrics it’s hard to see who they wouldn’t suit.

I’m on the Facebook group and when I order I check and keep up to date with launch dates best I can. When I got confused if I would receive my dress in time for my Dec birthday I received a quick response via fb messenger and soon followed by a shipped update.

Love the quality of the dresses and the fact that the fabric is soo soft.
Returning customer and not likely to stop anytime soon.

I have purchased from Carolina dress room for a long while now and yes they have had ups and downs(like every company) but I have never had shabby customer service or subpar products, love there clothes.

Happy, many time returned, customer. I love CDR and will continue to buy from them as I love style and the quality of the items.

BUT if I could offer constructive feedback I'd say that I feel like the format of things like the Live Sales mean you miss out if you do a job where you cannot access your phone 9-5. I'd also say i find the pre-order Facebook posts tricky.

But otherwise a happy camper!

I love the clothing items and have ordered multiple times over the years. I know the team work hard and mean well, though it sometimes feels a bit hit-and-miss. Delivery is occasionally glitchy with incorrect items or missing items, and customer service on returns and refunds is laggy and you often have to chase and chase.
Unique prints and comfortable materials but customer service could be improved.
